Beat the heat and come to the coast! Welcome to the Pelicans Roost! I will be out of area with extremely limited cell service July 28-August 1st so may be slow responding to inquires. This is a fully permitted, inspected, very nice upstairs newer construction stand alone unit, 1/1, Full kitchen, washer/dryer, balcony, off street parking. If you would like to spend some time among the redwoods, this is the place -- the small village of Shively. It is near the Eel River for fishing, swimming or just enjoying laying in the warm sunshine. In just a short drive, you can be on the Avenue of the Giants, Founders Grove or Rockefeller Forest where you can view and/or hike among the beauty of the redwoods. Further north is the Victorian village of Ferndale, the ocean or Humboldt Bay.
