High was very responsive and accommodating. Place was perfect location for my time in Columbus.

We had a fantastic, month-long stay at Joseph's place! It was cozy, well-stocked with essentials like towels, bedding, and kitchen supplies, and perfectly located in the heart of Columbus. We loved being able to easily visit COSI, the art museum and North Market. The in-unit washer+dryer was a lifesaver for our family of four, and the large smart TV was definitely popular with the kids too:) Joseph was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a stellar stay. There was a minor issue with periodic drips from the ceiling during heavy rain, but Joseph immediately had maintenance folks come take a look asap. The maintenance guys assessed the issue, but (understandably) didn't fix it right there and then. Luckily the rain stopped during the second half of our stay and we didn't have to deal with the drips anymore, but I'm not sure if this issue ever got addressed. However knowing how responsive Joseph was with everything else, I'd bet this is completely resolved now.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The apartment was impeccably presented, well equipped and spotless. The hosts were incredibly responsive. A wonderful experience.

I stayed at Annette’s place for a month and could not have asked for nicer hosts or a more perfect spot. It was exactly what I needed and stocked with everything you could ask for. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked with everything you could need to cook a nice meal, and the bathroom is beautiful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in while visiting Columbus.
