Single-story 50 m2 accommodation for 1–4 people, with private unfenced garden, located in Filly, (Sciez Haute-Savoie), in the heart of Chablais, close to Lake Geneva and the Alps, in a Provençal farmhouse-style house. Warning: electric car charging not possible. We provide bed linens and towels. We kindly ask guests who come in pairs to let us know if they need two beds. Without specification we will prepare the double bed in the bedroom.

You have the option to park at the house upon your arrival and park 1 min walk away

Our apartment is located in the center of the village of Excenevex, close to the only natural sandy beach of Lake Geneva! Come for a walk, swim, visit some museums, discover the show of the Aigles du Léman de Sciez and have fun on the slides at Aquaparc. Yvoire is 2 min away. Geneva, 27 km away, is accessible in 40 min by car, and Lausanne is only 35 minutes by boat from Thonon.

Ideally located, close to the lake (beach 300 m away) and the city center (1.5 km) of Thonon and 30 minutes from the ski resorts of Portes du Soleil, Bernex, Thollon etc. Guests can enjoy a room (15 m²) to store their bikes or skis for example, and also a garden with barbecue and garden table. Private parking in the chalet's courtyard.
