Refurbished atypical studio in the city center. It is a tower on three floors, pleasant to live in by its optimization of space and its very special charm. Old fireplace (out of order), triple exposures with lake view... It consists of an independent bedroom area under the roofs on the upper level, a living area, equipped kitchen, living room (TV & internet) on the middle level (entrance) and a bathroom and toilet (washing machine, dressing room) on the lower level.

Charming studio attached to our house but totally independent of 25 m² in the small village of Jussy with a bathroom/toilet, a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom. Perfectly quiet, you will nevertheless be close to Lake Geneva (5 min), the major ski resorts (Chatel, Morzine, Avoriaz - around 45 min) and Switzerland (Geneva - 35 min). Perfectly suited for a person or couple looking for a comfortable pied-à-terre to enjoy the lake, the mountain or visit the Chablais.

A small house with its covered Jacuzzi

It is a 16 m2 hut with sofa bed (160/200 cm) with shower room and toilet. An outdoor kitchen with Weber gas sink and BBQ. Towels and bed linen included. Access to the Jacuzzi is available during your stay. 🌙 Our little paradise loses some of its tranquility after dark, lulled by the festive echoes from Excenevex beach and the campsite, which dance in the air until midnight. Air conditioning is available on request at night in the event of extreme heat.
