Perfect Airbnb. Nicolas gives many tips on things to do around and there are a few books in the accommodation to contribute to it. We came by train, buses 1 and 3 have a stop very close to the accommodation, which makes it easy to get around. In addition, just walk along the adjacent street to find yourself near Lake Annecy! Simply perfect

We definitely found our home away from home when visiting family in Vevey! The place is in a excellent location right next to the lake, above beautiful restaurants yet far enough back that you have privacy even while sitting on the terrace, and the terrace is where you will love to be on sunny days. Hans is so pleasant to deal with and made checking in very easy and provided us with many tips of places to visit before we even arrived. A must to remember that we forgot to ask for beforehand, make sure to request the Montreaux Riviera travel card that Hans offers in your welcome instructions. We have had this in the past and it is wonderful as it offers free trips on the bus routes and discounts on the boats and entry into many museums and attractions.

We had a great stay! Linens, towels and soap/detergent were provided in large quantities. The apartment is cleaned and the kitchen superbly equipped. When we had a problem with the heating, the owner was there immediately and helped us. The view directly onto the lake is fantastic, but the only thorough road leads directly past the house, so it can be heard very loudly on the balcony. Nevertheless, we definitely recommend the apartment, we felt very comfortable

Fantastic stay for a few days with family (including 2 teenagers and 2 almost nonagenarians). The house is nice, well furnished, comfortable, just what you need to feel good for 6. The kitchen is very functional, like the rest of the house (we even used the fireplace one night :-) The owners are very nice, ready to help but not invasive, the walks along the lake are beautiful, a stone's throw away and easy for all ages, restaurants and supermarkets nearby… in short… no complaints… only happiness :-)

We had a lovely stay in Rachel’s beautiful home. The house was spotless and very well equipped with everything we needed for a week’s stay. And the garden and terrace are amazing! Rachel is super responsive and was very easy to contact with any questions. The book with suggestions of restaurants and places to visit was really useful. Great location and loved the chickens :). We would definitely stay again!

The mazot is full of charm, well equipped and ideal for a getaway for two or with a toddler as in our case. We loved the mix of modern comforts and the traditional mountain vibe. The hosting was very attentive, with lots of small touches that make the difference. The calm, the view and the proximity to the hiking trails (or ski slopes) make it a perfect place to recharge.

Great stay at Fabienne's. Very welcoming, responsive and helpful. Good advice on good local tips. The sauna was nice and the brunch is perfect. I would highly recommend it.

A well-equipped and well-located studio a short walk from the lake and the city center. We were able to do everything on foot, it's lovely. Host was very nice. I recommend for a weekend in Annecy like us!

Very bright studio, clean, very comfortable sofa bed, beautiful location, ideal for getting to the lake and the Christmas market, the car is secure in the building's parking lot, Marilyn is a very pleasant and accommodating host. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

Clear etaieny instructions, description faithful to the property. Only a 10-minute walk to a sublime swimming area. The little bemole is the access to the parking lot in high season it makes you park 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation. I really recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment is spotlessly clean, comfortable and spacious and has everything you need. The view is beautiful and we enjoyed dinner and drinks on the balcony overlooking the lake every evening. It is also a great base to drive to various amazing places such as glacier 3000 and the Gornergrat railway, some of the most beautifully stunning scenery we’ve ever seen! Highly recommend
