Der 2025 neu gebaute Wagen verfügt über einen Wohn- /Schlafbereich, ein separates Bad sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Der kleine Kamin lädt bei jedem Wetter zu gemütlichen Stunden ein, während ihr durch das Panoramafenster den Blick in die Ferne schweifen lasst.

The apartment offered is on the upper floor of a detached house in Schwienau, near Uelzen, Hundertwasser train station, Heide Park Soltau, Lüneburg and Hamburg are easily accessible. An open staircase leads to a kitchen with seating, a living room with sofa bed, Wi-Fi and TV, as well as a bedroom with a double bed. This total of 44 m² was newly renovated in 2021. Bathrooms with shower tub are available for up to 3 guests. A washing machine and dryer can be used.

We have a large swimming lake where you can even take a boat. A brand new acquisition is the Thermomix TM6, which can be rented. For bachelor parties, the house is available to a limited extent, i.e. not Easter, Pentecost, Christmas and New Year's Eve/New Year!

Whether on long walks or bike rides, coffee and cake enjoyment on the terrace or a barbecue experience on the fire barrel, it is entirely up to you. The forest house is located in the middle of a natural forest property, with many special highlights, such as the barbecue and sauna hut.

It impresses with its floor space of approx. 52 m² and thus offers plenty of space for two people. The large panoramic window and an elevated Chesterfield sofa with an extravagant view of the meadows and fields give the apartment a special touch.

The guest house on the host's property at the end of a cul-de-sac and has its own access. The residential area is surrounded by fields and meadows. Here you will find relaxation and be awakened by the chirping of birds. Enjoy nature on walks or bike rides.

The lovingly furnished accommodation combines modern comfort with special charm and is the ideal base for hikes, bike rides and excursions to the Südheide. A terrace with BBQ, a lockable bicycle shed with charging facilities for e-bikes and a carport complete your stay. Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.

The newly renovated furnished apartment in the historic half-timbered house from 1720 offers you a cozy home for your vacation. With space for up to three people, it includes a panoramic view of the countryside, a protected terrace, and is very quiet.
