Family-friendly vacation rentals in Schwedeneck

We spent two beautiful days in the bright and friendly apartment – together with my girlfriend's four-year-old daughter. The apartment was clean, welcoming and cozy, so we felt right at home. The parking fees in the parking garage are not without, but the wellness area and especially the swimming pool delighted us. The location couldn't be better either: the sea is almost right outside the door! We were able to enjoy the water, stroll along the promenade and browse the many small shops. All round, a successful short trip

We had four really lovely days at the summerhouse over the winter holidays. It's a super cozy house! Not too big, but still with nice space to be there with family. Admittedly, we were only two adults, but intend to return with our adult children and their boyfriends. We used the wilderness bath a few times, and it was very special to sit in the hot water while the wind was rushing around us and the moon lit up the sky ✨ The beach is a 5 minute walk from the house, and there is really very nice nature in the area. We were immediately welcome. Fresh flowers everywhere. Everything very individual, quality, cozy and comfortably furnished. The small kitchenette is fully equipped, everything you need. It is already something special to stay here, to enjoy nature on the Elbe, to walk. This is where you get down and you're in a different world. Nice contact with Klaus, who brought us fresh rolls. It's really worth it. And I'm sure we'll come back sometime. It can also be bad weather. Never mind. Listening to music, reading books, drifting.

We enjoyed it very much. The house is very nice and we lacked nothing. Fiona was quick to respond to any questions and was accommodating. The path to the beach ( a beautiful lagoon), the children felt a little long at 10-15 minutes and would have liked to have a scooter or bike with them. But were only there for 2 nights, otherwise we would probably have borrowed bicycles for the beautiful area.

We had a fantastic vacation with Susanne. The house and the magnificent garden with small private beach was great with our three little kids. What we especially really liked was the children's room with so many great toys (the kids were there and away) and also the great view from the living room over the sea. Great recommendation!

We felt very comfortable and the house was very cozy and your great accommodation on 4 stormy and rainy days. The house and the kitchen are really equipped with everything! For 10 people it is perfect, the road to the house is not paved, so who has a car with four-wheel drive should arrive quietly with it. :) Thank you for the great time!

We felt very comfortable and had a great time staying there! The bedroom downstairs, which can be opened to the living room, was great, so you could expand the living space during the day. The kitchen is well equipped for large groups of people. Definitely recommended for large groups.

We had a great stay with a larger group and were able to use both apartments in the house. Places such as Lübeck or Travemünde are easily accessible by car.

Ingrid is a very kind and helpful hostess and available at any time. We felt very comfortable the whole time. We lacked nothing. We enjoyed the quiet location and the large garden very much. We stayed at this lovely place for March and April and immediately felt at home. 🏡 Every corner is filled with rustic, tasteful decorations, cozy lighting, and plenty of electric plugs.🔌At first, learning to manage the wood-burning stove was an adventure, but it soon became a meditative and charming part of our days, especially with Charlotte’s beautiful, light-filled garden in view. The kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking 🍳. The house is spacious for two, with a lovely glass entrance area ideal for coffee ☕ and garden views, plus charming handmade touches like colorful knitted covers and the "Meditation Snake" 🐍. If the house is lovely, Charlotte and her sweet dog Emil are even lovelier 🦮🧍‍♀️— warm, attentive, and welcoming. Traveling daily to Sønderborg was easy, with trains every two hours 🚆 (just 15 minutes away). It was a wonderful experience, and we are so grateful to have stayed in such a beautiful, peaceful place. We felt very comfortable in Elke's house. It was like a little journey through time, as the furnishings and the house reminded me very much of my grandmother's house. We'll be back for sure. Thank you very much

The apartment is located in a beautiful environment. There are many ways to be active. The forest is right across the street and there are forest paths that invite you to hike. You can leave the car behind and reach everything on foot. Bakery 20 min, canal 10 min, ice cream cafe 25 min. There is also a large dog forest 10 minutes away by car. There are bike paths everywhere. The apartment invites you to relax and you can't hear the cars on the street. At night it is very quiet and dark.

We had a few nice days in Lübeck, and the weather was good to us. The apartment is very well located, not far from the Wakenitz, very quiet, you can reach everything very well on foot. Christian was a good host, check-in was unproblematic, everything was available in the apartment to our satisfaction. Lübeck is always worth a trip. See you next time.

so beautiful! What a great place! Pure relaxation, absolutely quiet and everything you need! Fantastic location to relax or to go on excursions. You can walk to the beach, Holnis or Geltinger Birk can be reached in a short time. Jule and Christopher are absolutely helpful. We'll be back for sure.

there were six of us, 5 nights at Easter. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated Easter, we felt right at home. The sheets, towels,as well as the wool blankets smelled so nice, so you could be sure everything was freshly washed. The sofa bed serves as another sleeping place if there are six of you there. We just took air mattresses for our 2 children and put the one in one of the bedrooms, which was wonderful. The garden is a paradise for children. Many vehicles, play opportunities, pirate ship with sand and slide, trampoline, swing, large pool, but also board games and much more. Danuta and Volker live next door and are very friendly, introduced themselves briefly and offered us a barbecue, but otherwise we did not notice any of the two. So you weren't under supervision or felt controlled. It was just very nice and absolutely recommended.

We were very comfortable in Claudia's house. The pool was used to cool off after the morning runs, we also enjoyed using the yoga mats in the gym. Since the cupboards are well stocked, you have to improvise a little with your stuff, but that wasn't a problem for us. Our Wäller dog was able to move freely and also had a very relaxed holiday. From the house Kiel and the Baltic Sea are quickly reached and so Preetz is a good starting point for day trips. We particularly liked Lüdjenburg, Eutin and Eckernförde and of course the Schönberger Strand. We had ideal bathing weather in August.

A super nice, very clean and very lovingly furnished mini apartment with great views from the balcony. Edith is an excellent host, always available for questions and has thought of everything from robotic vacuum cleaner to baking paper. There's nothing missing. On the contrary, the detailed equipment gives the apartment a beautiful, personal touch and the very special extra touch. We can fully recommend Edith and will be happy to come back!

We were in the house with many people and felt very comfortable. The layout of the house and amenities were ideal!

It was best place we stayed at so far. Ulrike is extremely nice person, we spoke on the phone and she was very focused on making sure we felt comfortable and receive help if needed at any time. The apartment is in a quiet, beautiful location, walking distance from a beach. The place is perfectly equipped for a family with 2 kids, especially the kitchen is very well equipped to cook anything you might desire. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The greatest feature was the swimming pool that our kids loved the most. We went for a daily swimming and was lucky to have the pool often only to ourselves. We hope to visit again ( the place is very popular and often booked out) and meet Ulrike in person. Thank you for this amazing experience.
