Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Schwarzwald-Baar

We were looking for a little break from everyday life and found it here. A beautiful little house, great fireplace, cozy sauna, very appealing decor, very nice garden and the highlight that our dog was warmly welcomed. We will be back. 😊

We had a wonderful time with Daniel and Martin. Everything was perfect - and so we could fully enjoy our little break from the first minute of our arrival. A cozy home with fireplace, sauna, a nice little garden and a great view, a beautiful landscape and hiking trails right outside the front door. The apartment has everything it needs to feel at home immediately. Everything is very tasteful and very lovingly furnished, everything is very clean and well maintained. A big thank you to Martin and Daniel for the uncomplicated communication, the very warm welcome and the many useful pieces of information and tips. A big thank you but also for the very delicious stone oven bread. This is pure hospitality! We are very much looking forward to our next visit with Martin and Daniel, two wonderful hosts.

Dominik's cabin by the lake is simply fantastically beautiful and exquisitely furnished! The stairs to the accommodation are something, but it's always worth it once you get to the top - but I would recommend light luggage, in the hut you will find cooking and household equipment anyway, where everything was thought of. The view is simply fantastic and the place is very clean. The Jacuzzi tub is a great highlight and the terrace of the cottage invites you to relax. Also great in the rain, as you can create a cozy atmosphere with the fireplace. The smart TV with the Switch was also cool. We drove further for activities, but that was not an issue. I would book this Airbnb again!

We had a great family vacation here! Even though the weather was not as good, the house was just perfect for it! There was a lot of activities for the kids, the pool was warm and could be used easily even in the rain. The house is equipped so well, it feels very much like home right away. We can totally recommend it for a family trip! Thank you very much and we would love to come back!

For our group of 8 people, we were very comfortable and enjoyed the shared space. The kitchen was great for cooking meals and provided all cooking necessities. The host was responsive and friendly. The view from the balcony was beautiful! The area included a cute town, lots of nearby hiking, and we enjoyed the mountain coaster! A quaint & cozy stay in the Black Forest!

We had the most wonderful stay at Michel’s apartment. It’s in a quiet area of the city surrounded by lovely buildings, shops and amenities. Walkable to all of the city’s sights and public transport. Michel made us feel at home at every part of our stay, recommended places to eat for dinner, brought us breakfast and was responsive to any questions or queries we had; made our time in the city even better than we expected. We felt very comfortable. The living room is like the many books and the fireplace of a cozy library. On the terrace you can relax wonderfully, enjoy the evening sun and the peace and look into the mountains. In the kitchen there is everything. Everything has its place here and it is very clean and tidy. The owners live just below the apartment. This allowed us to get in touch directly with questions. Very dear people! The house keeps its promises! It is all as shown in the pictures and in the description, in this great location it is simply nice to spend your vacation. We spent a cozy weekend with friends there and spent most of the time in the house ourselves and were able to sit back and enjoy a great time!

Nice accommodation for visiting Christmas markets in the area. Easy motorway access. Bettina and Harald were accessible and responsive to all our inquiries and needs. Lovely area-worth an extended visit!

very pleasant stay at Emmanuel's. the house is large, functional and perfect for our family of 8. It perfectly matches the description, except for the "2nd bathroom" which is only a toilet and shower, and not a real bathroom. the location is very quiet,and is ideal for visiting the area. Emmanuel gave us all the instructions we needed.

The place is an absolute feel-good place! The entire process from booking to the stay itself was easy and hassle-free, and the host was always available. Even with the equipment, there is nothing to complain about. I would definitely recommend it, would be happy to come back.

I had the great pleasure of visiting TheMAP during Easter week, and it was an unforgettable experience! Particularly noteworthy are the fantastic fire tent and the cozy barbecue evening in the garden, which provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The organization was excellent. Highly recommended for larger families with children.
