This modern studio apartment is located close to the lake (3 min.) and offers a clean and earthy design. The fully equipped kitchen, the separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and the cozy living-room/dining area as well as the comfy double bed are inviting you to fully relax and enjoy yourself. Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

Nested on a small hill our lovely secluded Black Forest Chalet with garden offers stunning lake views. Less than 1 minute to the lake! Enjoy your barbecue in our garden or a cozy evening in our living room (fireplace incl.). Our chalet is a journey back to the 1950`s and has been carefully renovated (bathrooms, kitchen: new) and upgraded to todays expectations in 2021. Please note that I can only offer Saturday to Saturday bookings during high season form May 30th until September 5th.

In summer you paddle off directly from the property by canoe or SUP, sunbathe and grill while the sun sinks into the lake. Restaurants and boat landing 300 m away, Konstanz in 15 minutes, Zurich in just over an hour.

This spacious apartment is only a few walking minutes from the beach and lake. The grand view from the apartment over the lake is breathtaking, especially during sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! With beautiful hiking/biking trails nearby, the flat is also a great starting point for the next adventure. On the balcony, you can barbecue in the evening and relax while watching the sunset.

So that you can arrive and relax immediately, I have already included the visitor's tax and equipped the apartment with coffee, tea, spices, etc. The cozy apartment *Black Forest Kuckucksnest* is located in the middle of beautiful nature. Schönwald is the ideal place to explore the Black Forest. Right next to the house there is a golf course and a tennis court, as well as small lakes. Studio am See

Willkommen im kleinen, feinen Studio mit Blick auf den See und in den wildromantischen Garten, wenige Schritte vom Bodenseeufer mit seinen einladenden Badeplätzen liegend. Im gleichen Haus befindet sich ein Blumenladen mit Café, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strandbad, Bahnhof und Hafen sind in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen und der Seeradweg führt am Haus vorbei. Um die traumhafte Gegend zu erkunden stehen zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung.

Master's B&B - small but nice.

Our guests have their own apartment, but it is only rented to one party at a time. It has two double beds and a single bed. Baby cot on request. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, accessible via stairs (no elevator), but very quiet and with great views of Munot, the Rhine and Schaffhausen. The city of Schaffhausen is a 10-minute walk away. Parking for your car will be provided by us. Large roof terrace for undisturbed sunbathing.
