Apartment vacation rentals in Schwabmünchen

We had to quickly find accommodation because our car broke down traveling through Germany. After booking the apartment for a single night, we got a very quick reply from Tesa, and we could check in as soon as we got there. She’s a friendly and thoughtful host. The apartment is nice, located in a quiet neighborhood, and we found everything we needed in walking distance (restaurant, grocery stores).

It was a wonderful 10 days in Felix & Alex's apartment. Everything only in superlatives: large, modern and bright apartment with breathtaking views. Then the location in the Antonsviertel 1A is close to the center, public transport right outside the door, nice restaurants and cafes also within walking distance, as well as an Edeka and the Sparkasse. The very large underground parking space was worth gold to me. It's good that you have several train lines at ground level, which are also heavily frequented... for some it's noise, I was able to block it out and sleep well. Felix is a great and very caring host who is very accessible, but also proactively cares. So everything is tip-top, I would stay here again anytime!

Regina's vacation home is located in a quiet village 30 minutes from Legolandia and Augusta and about 1 hour and a half from Munich, and we had a great time in the peace of the surrounding nature. Well-equipped apartment with a comfortable sofa bed and a responsive host in communications. There is also a small playground for our 8-year-old daughter. We hope to be back .

Everything went as discussed. I had no issues at all during my time there. Both Beate and Tobias are extremely helpful and good hosts. I highly recommend them!

I am amazed at the cleanliness of the accommodation, nothing to complain about, impeccable accommodation. Very responsive and communicative host. I had a car breakdown in Germany and coming from France I don't know much about it, Stephan and his parents helped me find a taxi quickly, remarkable kindness. Accommodation matches the photos and description. I have no complaints, I recommend it 1000%. Only downside and again this is minimal, in my opinion there is no microwave and no TV in the accommodation. Congratulations on this property, which is beautiful and meets expectations.

Imke's place was very comfortable and nice. She responded to inquiries right away, so there were no inconveniences. As pictured, the space was tidy and the view from the terrace was really great. There was a parking lot available for 2 hours right in front of the property, and it was very convenient because there was no time limit on weekends. We took the train to Oktoberfest and went to Central Station in 25 minutes without a transfer. There is a great restaurant on the first floor of the property. It was really nice to enjoy local beer and food. I recommend this place.

Our hostess was really sweet and accommodating and helped us immediately with a small problem with the Internet and also offered us peppermint and lemon balm from her own garden. So she was all about our well-being and that we have a nice, relaxing stay. The communication was completely straightforward. It was a wonderful trip and the apartment offered the cozy retreat you need after a busy day out. :-)

We felt very comfortable and everything was clean and exactly as described. We would be happy to come back. Attention is paid to details, even the toilet paper was folded. You don't often see someone go to so much trouble!

Unique location in a hidden gem of a Bavarian town that is close to Munich. You should leave time to walk down to the town square in your travels and enjoy the sites. The host leaves an appreciated personal touch with local beers in the fridge, and is very responsive for assistance.

Nice apartment, everything was clean and tidy. Heidi met me at the check in to give instructions. Good option if you’re travelling around Allgäu.

We had a wonderful stay at Irmgard's apartment. Check-in was straightforward with a key box and in the evening Irmgard came by for a personal greeting. Everything was very clean and the view from the living room was magnificent. You can reach the Rottachsee on foot and pass cows, sheep, goats and horses on the way! You can easily swarm out in a star shape by car and discover a lot. We had a very nice holiday and would be happy to come back.

I felt very comfortable in Ingrid's apartment. I was received very kindly, the communication was clear and the apartment equipped with everything necessary and more. Everything is very clean and well maintained, in a green and quiet area, but still not far from the center of Augsburg. I'd love to come back…..

Andreas' place was perfect for us in terms of location and amenities! :) we had everything we needed, it was super clean and well connected. Andreas is very attentive as a host, great to reach and communication went smoothly. We will always be happy to come back! :)

We were passing through with motorcycles. We were allowed to park these in the carport - very cool. We were allowed to throw our wet things from the trip in the dryer in the basement for a small tip. The apartment was sparkling clean and we slept very well. We would sleep here again if we were in the region again. Thank you and best regards!

I absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless, cozy, and had such a warm, welcoming vibe. I especially loved the terrace. Birgit was super friendly and helpful, and she made sure everything was just right. The location was quiet and relaxing. It honestly felt like a home away from home:)

The house is as it appears in the photos. Everything is very well cared for and the decoration is nice. The area is quiet, close to a supermarket and cafes, and a few minutes away from the highway by car. Spacious parking. Communication with the owner was very good and fast. I would go back. The kitchenware was somewhat scarce.

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for activities! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look inside the stable. The new apartment was furnished with loving details.

We had a very nice stay. The home was clean and the location is fantastic. Only downside during our stay was that the elevator was not operational and we had to lug our bags up five flights of stairs. Our host was very accommodating, however, and did help us bring everything up and we had no issues during our stay. Augsburg is a beautiful city and this was a beautiful home. We are so thankful they allow us to stay there.

Very good location, near the city center and good to walk. The flat is very good and have a very nice balcony to enjoy the end of the day.

This was an ideal spot for our month in Munich. It's in a quiet residential area steps from a peaceful park and just blocks from the UBahn. The apartment is immaculate, comfortable and quiet. Everything we needed was available and our host was welcoming and accessible. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly!
