Buitenhuysje de Roos has recently been completely renovated and is wonderfully quiet. The cottage is small but nice, about 55m2 and has 3 bedrooms. In 2022, our cottage was renovated, with a new bathroom, kitchen and cast floor. There is a fireplace and nice wooden veranda, where you can sit very privately, with beautiful views. Within 5 minutes, you can drive to Bergen or Schoorl, where you will find supermarkets, nice shops and restaurants. The dunes and forest are within walking distance, and by bike you can reach the beach in 20 minutes.

Built in 2005, furnished as a vacation home in July 2020 and fully equipped with every comfort. The interior is decorated with an eye for detail and tastefully. Furthermore, there is a lovely terrace, "mini cinema" in the basement with Netflix for rainy days and a spacious bedroom.

The villa is perfectly located to discover the Schoorl Dune Reserve, Hondsbossche zeewering and Harger- and Pettemerpolder. After a long hike or cycling trip, you can relax in the spacious bath for two in the stylish bathroom with windows overlooking the dunes. And from the recliner in the study you have a magnificent view of our beautiful 1,000m2 garden.

The apartment on the 2nd floor has a living room with balcony, sitting area, dining table and a fully equipped open kitchen. Bathroom with sinks, rain shower, washer/dryer and a separate toilet. Two bedrooms equipped with box-spring beds, smart TV and wardrobe. The apartment features a balcony. You may use the garden on the ground floor, but it is under construction.

B&B De Buizerd

De Buizerd: a super cozy, spacious guest house in the tail of a West Frisian stolpboerderij overlooking the meadows, located close to the beach and the dunes of Bergen and Schoorl. This spacious and cozy house sleeps six adults and/or children. For example, a family with two children and grandparents (who have their bedroom and private bathroom downstairs). Or a group of friends looking for a nice location for their annual get-together weekend.

100-year-old farmhouse with 7 bicycles

The holiday house is located on the North Holland Canal. The house is not very quiet, but cozy and centrally located to Alkmaar, Bergen and Schoorl. Very suitable for girlfriend clubs, bicycle clubs and families, who do not want to be in a holiday park. The house has many original details, which makes it atmospheric and characteristic. The house is connected to the owner's home, but there is plenty of privacy and a spacious private garden.

Beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms. All to yourself. At the back, a spacious garden room with fireplace and next to it a private garden. You can heat the garden room with the fireplace. In winter, it may be too cold to sit there with just the fireplace. Bathroom has a 2-person bathtub and a double shower. The bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer. Wonderful apartment to stay completely on your own and enjoy the tranquility!
