The lake with good bathing facilities and the S-Bahn to Munich are reachable in a few minutes of walk, the nearest supermarket is about 1.5 kilometers away. The house includes living room, a bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with single bed (access to this via the main bedroom), as well as the kitchen and a modern bathroom.

Eine Parkmöglichkeit finden Sie unmittelbar vor dem Haus. Eine Feuerschale im Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten steht für gemütliche Abende bereit. In der Wohnung sorgt eine Fußbodenheizung unter dem Parkettboden auch in der kälteren Jahreszeit für angenehme Wärme.
