The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and unlimited in time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Storage

Relaxed country vacation in the old storage with sunny terrace. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen-living room with guest toilet and a children's room with bunk bed on the ground floor. There are 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor. Up the stairs is a bit steep. We offer bun service on certain days of the week, and there is even a parking space in the carport. The children are waiting for an extensive area with many play opportunities and various animals.

Rade belongs to the municipality of Neu Wulmstorf in the district of Harburg. Rade has its own highway exit and entrance, making the highway exit easy to find even for those unfamiliar with the area. The proximity to the Stuvenwald, which is already partly part of Hamburg, gives the place its rural character,

The garden is fenced - but not insurmountable for large dogs - so please have your furry noses in mind, because in the field behind it, rabbits, rabbits, deer, roam around... Note: the garden is close to nature. There are wasps or hornets every now and then. These are protected and not allowed to be removed. For corresponding allergies or if you otherwise have a problem with it, please book another house.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway right on the Elbe Cycle Path. The house is located just outside Hamburg directly on the Elbe. It is perfect for exploring Hamburg or for cycling or walking. Lüneburg and the Lüneburg Heath are also not far away. There is a bus line to Hamburg-Harburg or Winsen Luhe. 5 km from the Hoopte ferry terminal and 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful Seeve nature reserve.
