Our rural holiday home, built in 2017, with two modern apartments is located in a wonderfully quiet location in the beautiful Franconia at the gateway to Franconian Switzerland. The apartments are equipped with everything to offer you a comfortable and relaxing stay. The property is fully fenced and has a covered barbecue area with charcoal barbecue.

nice sunny flat, 86 qm in the first floor, with 2 bedrooms ; view to our old castle Rothenberg; close to the highway to Nürnberg or Bayreuth, but with the charm of the countryside. You reach Nürnberg Messezentrum by car in 25 minutes, to Bayreuth it takes 35 min. Close to the beautiful country side Frankonian Swiss. We don´t charge for Children under 2 y. The beds are made and towels are in the bathroom. No Partys!

Franconian culinary delicacies or nearby breweries offer various inns/guest houses in the immediate vicinity or surroundings in Hersbruck Switzerland or Franconian Switzerland. The Happurger reservoir is also very nice.

Spacious apartment, on the first floor, with two open sleeping areas, climbing roof, balconies in all directions. Garden area with fire pit outdoor sauna. Cutlery is in the inner drawer in the right kitchen drawer! Please open the thrust and reach up, pull out the inner thrust!!! There's the silverware.
