Ideal for sailing, hiking, cycling or simply relaxing.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space: On the first floor, a large, open living-dining area offers space for cozy hours, alternatively in nice weather on the terrace. On the 2nd floor, there is 1 large double room, plus a large shower room with a hot tub. Another bedroom as a single room can be booked after consultation. The hostess lives in the basement with her own shower room. Only the kitchen is intended for shared use.

Sit back and relax – in this quiet, stylish accommodation with a fireplace. It is also great for families. With a very large garden and sauna house. The lake is just a 3-minute walk away. The Tegernsee Höhenweg trail leads directly from the house. In total we have 5 bedrooms. One of them has a bed and a bunk bed. The second only with a bunk bed. The other 3 rooms simply have a double bed.

Our vacation home was completely renovated in 2019 and is very close to the lake. With 2 SUPs, small boat, sauna, rain shower, bathtub, mountain and lake views, wooden terrace, balcony, fenced garden, electric car charging station. Over 3 floors: Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living area with fully equipped kitchen and a hobby room with sofa bed.

Casa Paradiso - max. privacy + Oktoberfest bus!

If you choose "max. privacy", there won't be other people in the house. My bedroom and office will be locked, all the remaining house will be yours: 2 double bedrooms with each second bed (one with optional third bed instead of desk) + cellar room with double bed, 2 single beds + 1 futon bed (10 pers. max., more comfort with 8 pers.)
