In 5 minutes walking distance you can reach the swimming pool with natural lake and the tennis courts. Within a radius of 15 km there are 5 golf courses and for cycling and mountain biking it is ideal even with kids. The center with restaurants is close and offers a vacation feeling all around. To Kitzbühel it is only 5 km.

My place is in the middle of nature and close to everything. Hiking, cross country skiing and mountain-biking start from the houses door. Siegsdorf city for daily shopping is 5 min drive. Next little lake for a swim is found in 10km and Chiemsee beach in a 20min drive. Ideal for relxed winter sport activities. Ski lifts, ice skating at Ruhpolding, Inzell, Berchtesgaden , Reit im Winkel and more are found in 6-35km. In spring, summer and autumn You can enjoy hiking at its best.

Our apartment Alpenglühen is on the raised ground floor and is furnished with a double bed, balcony, kitchenette and private bathroom with bathtub, shower combination. We have furnished it with attention to detail for individuals and couples who want to spend beautiful days at Schliersee. The apartment is part of our Hotel Maximilian. Just a minute's walk away you can enjoy the delicious breakfast and relax in the sauna.

The modern apartment on the 2nd floor with 110 m² has a spacious living/dining room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a guest toilet and a wardrobe. A balcony overlooking the mountains allows time to relax in the cozy rattan armchairs.

Our family-run Landhaus Margarethe is located right next to the gondola lift in Hopfgarten and thus offers ideal access to the Wilder Kaiser – Brixental ski world with over 90 lifts. In summer, as well as winter, we are the ideal starting point for sports activities. The center of Hopfgarten is also only 300 meters away and therefore easily accessible on foot.
