Sanctuary of 96 m2, with cattle, heron colony and foxes as a neighbor. In the garden, there is a small, cozy fire pit and a shelter with 3–4 sleeping places. We are located close to the forest and beach meadow, 300 meters from lovely beach, 1 km from Falsled Havn, and from the completely unique eatery Falsled Kro. We are located right on the edge of Svanninge Bakker, and the area is very well suited for outdoor activities such as hiking, running, fishing, and cycling. The archipelago trail starts at Falsled Harbour.

The house is centrally located a few meters from Tønder's cozy pedestrian street with cafes and shops. There are a few meters to the park and the nature area at Vidåen. The marsh with all its experiences is right outside the door, and if you are into the Black Sun, there is plenty of opportunity to experience this amazing phenomenon. The house is undisturbed and beautiful situated on a large 5000 m2 natural plot only 250m from the beach and 4 km to the shopping centre. Close to a large forest area, where you can cros the old border to Germany and on to Flensburg within an hour. The old Gendarme path is 250m from the site and leads along the water all the way to Sønderborg. The campsite is situated 300m from the hause and here they offer access for children and adults to their pool, minigolfe and bouncy castle.
