Renovated house located in scenic surroundings 200 meters from Flensborg Fjord. The house is suitable for vacation rentals. The house is located on a less busy road with 300 meters to the shopping center, which contains supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies and medical centers. Close to the house is the area's best beach with free access to the swimming bridge and playground. The house's garden can be used for play and there is garden furniture in the adjoining courtyard. At a distance of about 20 km are the larger cities Sønderborg, Aabenraa and Flensborg.

You have easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in the old town in the middle of Sønderborg. The apartment is a stone's throw from the city's cozy cafes and restaurants along the waterfront, shopping and shopping. Walking distance to Sønderskoven and Gendarmstien, a trip to the beach, or maybe a dip in the new harbor basin. On 90 square meters there is a spacious living and kitchen room with partially open roof structure, a (children's) bedroom, a bathroom and guest toilet. Above it is a spacious sleeping loft. The courtyard of the house leads into the garden - it extends to the Schlei. Here you can swim and relax on your own jetty.

Charming fisherman's cottage in Maasholm, apartment "Luv"

In the center of Maasholm village stands one of the oldest houses (built around 1728). It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The result is two duplex apartments with plenty of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

The Viking bike path passes directly by the house, also suitable for horseback riding.

Our cozy apartment is on the ground floor of a well-kept semi-detached house in a quiet residential estate. The terrace belonging to the apartment overlooking the countryside is used for relaxation. Located on the "great width" of the Schlei, the surroundings invite you to explore. It takes less than 15 minutes to get there on foot. Located in the middle of the beautiful cities of Eckernförde and Schleswig, all possibilities are open to you.

Supermarket, bus connection and bakery are a two-minute walk away. Tourist tax (2.50 euros per person per day) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.
