For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. With the apartment by the pond in the country house Lisa you will find a relaxing holiday resort in the middle of the 4-mountain ski resort Schladming-Dachstein. The hiking trails and the ski slope from the Hochwurzen go directly to the house. No car is needed for the journey. If necessary, the bus stop can be reached in a few minutes. We are partners of the Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card. With the Sommercard, cable cars and many top attractions can be used free of charge.

Endlich Ruhe gives peace! It is a lovely large house, with a fine, enclosed garden. The house is on a cul-de-sac, behind the garden runs a stream. You can BBQ or read in the hammock. The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, and a kitchen. 10 minutes to the town center, grocery store, and indoor swimming pool with sauna in the immediate vicinity. Parking is available on the property. A bread roll delivery service is available, or you can have breakfast in town (Sattlers, Steffl Bakery). Ski storage for two people at the gondola station is included. Dogs are welcome.

Haus Anne

The house is close to Reiteralm Silver Jet ski lift (4 min by car). It is absolutely lovable because of the views and the location. Beside the two double rooms there is a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining corner. The big balcony is facing to Reiteralm. The place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Pets are welcome (but we need to charge an extra €50 because of the extra cleaning).

Larch House

Quiet and sunny on the southern slope of the Kammspitz. Wooden house with ecological and natural building materials. Spacious terrace facing west. Ideal all year round as a starting point, for example, for hiking, mountain biking, climbing tours, alpine skiing, cross-country skiing or paragliding. On the first floor there is a kitchen, dining room, bathroom and a bedroom. There are more bedrooms in the attic. Simple amenities.
