In summer, it is an Eldorado for mountain athletes and mountain bikers. In winter, a great ski resort with over 230 km of perfectly groomed ski slopes. Large house, quite surrounding, beautiful garden

Endlich Ruhe gives peace! It is a lovely large house, with a fine, enclosed garden. The house is on a cul-de-sac, behind the garden runs a stream. You can BBQ or read in the hammock. The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, and a kitchen. 10 minutes to the town center, grocery store, and indoor swimming pool with sauna in the immediate vicinity. Parking is available on the property. A bread roll delivery service is available, or you can have breakfast in town (Sattlers, Steffl Bakery). Ski storage for two people at the gondola station is included. Dogs are welcome.

1 free parking space. Parking space for bicycles in the garage. We will cover all fees for Airbnb from now on! Local tax, currently €2.50 per adult per night extra. Modern, cozy apartment for 2 people, quiet and central in Schladming. Easily accessible by foot or public transport. Wonderful hiking opportunities and over 100 km of slopes fun! A few minutes walk to Planai valley station and 4 mountain swing! 150 m to the Talbach Gorge!

Haus Anne

The house is close to Reiteralm Silver Jet ski lift (4 min by car). It is absolutely lovable because of the views and the location. Beside the two double rooms there is a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining corner. The big balcony is facing to Reiteralm. The place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Pets are welcome (but we need to charge an extra €50 because of the extra cleaning).

6.Apartment with Sauna and heated Pool on a Farm

The apartment is located on an farm right in the middle of Salzkammergut on the picturesque Mondsee Lake. The children-friendly accomodation serves as a perfect starting point for families for various excursions and trips in the MondSeeLand region as well as in Salzkammergut. Pool, new wellness area with with sauna and infrared cabin for your use. Tourist tax is €3,10 per person/day aged 15 and over.

My loft is characterized by it's cozyness and perfect location for summer and winter tourism in Schladming (skiing, trekking, rafting, cycling, climbing...). On the sunny terrace you can have your meals outside or just enjoy the beautiful view to the mountains and the Planai. As I sometimes live in this apartment there are personal things which I kindly ask you to treat well :)
