We were allowed to use the beautiful apartment for 3 nights and felt very comfortable there. The communication with Vera went smoothly, questions were answered immediately and individual requests were addressed. At check-in, we received a warm welcome and received some tips on excursions and restaurants (the pizzeria am Weserstein is really recommended). We arrived with bicycles, which we were able to park under a canopy in the courtyard, which is lockable. As a starting point for cycling tours, Hann. Münden is ideal. The apartment convinces with its great location - 2 min walk and you can enjoy a cool drink by the river at sunset. The penny is just a street away, so rolls and everything is easy to get on foot. We will be happy to come back!

I immediately felt comfortable in Thomas and Anja's beautiful apartment! The communication was great and I was picked up from the main station: I thought that was super nice! :) The apartment was very clean and cleaning supplies/ vacuum cleaners were also available if you want to clean in between. Enough cooking utensils and pans, etc. I had enough shelves and wall hooks to organize everything (including a large closet!) The location is quiet but super practical: in 5 minutes' walk there is a shopping mall with supermarkets, drugstore and much more :) Several bus stops are also nearby. Thanks again and see you next time please!

Helga is a wonderful hostess… a warm welcome on the day of arrival… Helga was always available… the apartment was really beautiful for me, she had everything you need to cook something yourself… super central location in Höxter, you are immediately in the city center, not far is the beautiful Weser where you can go for a walk or go on bike tours… A clear recommendation for Helga and her apartment!!! I'd love to come back!!!

The contact was very friendly and there was always a quick response. Check-in and check-out worked easily and smoothly. The apartment has been great. Kitchen and bathroom were new. Kitchen was very well equipped and duvet covers and towels were also provided. During the day and in the early evening, you could hear the neighbors. But that didn't bother us. (It was quiet at night.) We highly recommend the place and would book it again ourselves! 🩷👍🏻

We booked the accommodation as part of a training course and were more than satisfied. The property is located in the immediate vicinity of a free parking lot and a good bakery, other restaurants are within walking distance in 15 minutes or less in the city center. Everything matched the pictures and the place was superbly equipped. Only the stairs up are a little steep and narrow - it gets a little cozy with luggage, but no real reason to complain! The apartment is located directly on the street and is still very quiet, hardly any noise from there or other roommates of the house bothered us! Hans-Jürgen always responded to my questions within minutes and was always able to help us! Clear recommendation!

I stayed with Sandra and Peter for 10 weeks for work reasons and had a great stay. The place was equipped with everything you need, clean and exactly as described. Particularly noteworthy is the friendliness and helpfulness of Sandra and Peter. They were always accommodating and made sure I didn't miss anything. And there were fresh eggs from the chickens, too. I felt completely comfortable and can fully recommend this place. Thank you for the good time!

The place was great, there is everything you need. It is totally cozily furnished and everything is clean. There is a key safe at the entrance, so check-in is totally uncomplicated and super flexible, we didn't arrive until late at night and there is a parking space right in front of the entrance. The communication with Frank was completely straightforward. We will be very happy to come back.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The place looks even better in person than in the photos. It’s quite spacious, super clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We had a lovely stay. With a lot of peace and quiet to just slow down. The place matches the pictures , we didn't lack anything. Maybe a screen would be attached to the hot tub to the terrace:) We would have felt even more comfortable with that. But that's complaining to a high standard. We definitely recommend Andre's place.

Peter's place was really very nice. Recommended for a relaxing vacation. Peter was always courteous and apologized for every little thing. He brought us muffins for Easter. He came every morning to clean the hot tub for us, which made us very happy. You can be very satisfied with the rooms, the upper rooms each have their own bathrooms, which is also very nice. The kitchen was very clean and many things were included. The place was very nice and recommended.
