Fun lake house with the PERFECT LOCATION on Canyon Lake! Enjoy the multilevel deck complete with hot tub, fire pit, tiki bar, Weber grill, cocktail pool, amazing views and plenty of seating! There is also access to the water at the ramp next door to the house! Please note: The lake is low right now due to lack of rain. The View was awesome and John was very responsive to any contacts we made with him. We had minor issues that were quickly resolved by text messages to John. We would absolutely do this location/place again if we are in the area. We had a great place to take our daily walk in the neighborhood. The house was spacious and well equipped. Only thing that would have made it better would have been some means to have music played in the main living quarters downstairs. I highly recommend the place and the host. Nancy

Annie was a fabulous host to us. We are a local family and we needed a long term rental while our home was getting reconstructed after a water loss. We stayed in Annie’s property from Nov 17 until December 30. In that time period, we needed to ask for 2 more extensions. Annie was beyond helpful and prompt when I reached out to extend. She swiftly created an extension reservation to ensure that the home was not booked while we contacted our insurance company & received funding. She was proactive in a manner that confirmed we had a roof over our head during this time period. I will forever be grateful. Cozy Chic Cibolo home is located off of a “main road” which provided easy access to I-35, FM 1103, FM 78, and FM 3009. The property itself was clean and gorgeously decorated. The kitchen had EVERY cooking utensil, tool, cookware, and appliances needed. I truly appreciated it because all our belongings were in storage. It was very easy to access & the rules are very clear and detailed.

Very cute little cabin in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect amount of space for the 3 of us and our dog. Nice back yard area for the dog to run around and patio area to relax and enjoy the evening. Lots of restaurants nearby and plenty to do within minutes of the home. Would definitely recommend and be back for future stays 💜

Monica’s Airbnb is fantastic! Monica is a wonderful host and so quick to respond. We’ve never stayed in such a thoughtfully stocked Airbnb. She did not cut corners. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and new/quality appliances to boot. The backyard is a dream—our kiddos had a blast in the covered sandbox. The outdoor grill was new and well maintained. We used it several times. The dedicated office space area was a nice addition to the home that even offered a second computer monitor. The home is clean and well maintained, and the neighborhood is great. We would definitely stay here again!

Salvador’s home is the epitome of a 5 star Airbnb! I have stayed at many Airbnbs and this one is tops! We were three golfers and we each had our own bedroom/bath. Sal has obviously heeded on either his guests’ suggestions or leans on his experience because his home has every little detail you can imagine. Here’s a small example: the main Living/TV room coffee table has rubber tips on the corners so kids or guests won’t hurt the knees or such by bumping into it. Beds are comfy, nice pillows, coean linen, clean house, all kitchen necessities but even more than the average Airbnb. Use of the garage to park in with a remote was a big plus. His home is in a gated neighborhood so it’s in a very safe area evident by the residents there walking, walking their dogs, kids on bikes etc. Restaurants and stores are literally a few blocks away but not in site. Our family trip to SeaWorld was absolutely unforgettable! We felt completely at home in this delightful and peaceful neighborhood. The area was super kid-friendly, and the kids had a blast at the park right next door! Getting into the house was a breeze, and our host was incredibly communicative, making everything smooth and easy. The house itself was immaculate, and we truly felt right at home. What an amazing getaway!
