Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. In the immediate vicinity, there is wilderness with plenty of trails, including the Vildmarksleden, for hiking, running and mountain biking. Airport: 8 minutes Chalmers golf course: 5 min

Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Koskikara

A lovely cabin on the shore of Kalkkistenkoski. On the terace you can grill, eat, enjoy the evening sun, lounge on the deck chairs or see the local bird populations. The cabin also has a sauna, hot tub and an indoor fireplace. The cabins kitchen has the essentials for cooking and the barbeque and outdoor fireplace can also be used for cooking. The kitchen and sauna have warm water and drinking water will be delivered to the cabin. The cabin has an outdoor composting toilet.
