Linda’s place is perfection. Great location, stunning views, comfortable beds, spa-like bathroom, and well equipped with everything you could need. The private hot tub looking overlooking the water was the best part. Linda was a great host - easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again if I’m lucky enough to return to Lofoten.

we had everything we needed. the house is stunning and well equiped. you have everything beginning with a fire place, a hot tub, a sauna. a bit of a minus is the location. there are many street light because the house is in the middle of a skiing area. if you want so see the northern lights clearly i would sugest going to a more remote place

It's a beautiful place where I fell in love right away. It's a pity we couldn't stay longer. The hostess is super nice and explained everything to us in detail, so we got along well. You actually have everything you need. Set yourself up for fire making. Both the sauna and the outdoor tub could be heated with firewood. The barbecue hut was one of our highlights. With a small fire you could heat the room and grill okay the view was amazing. Should you definitely leash him on a leash as we arrive with a dog. Squirrels and reindeer are coming to visit you.

Amazing views from all the cabin’s windows. Cabin was very comfortable with tools to cook and bake. Sauna and hot tub were nice. Thanks for the great stay!

I had a fantastic time at Barbara’s cabin. It is modern and comfortable and has all you need for a great stay. The view is beautiful and the surroundings peaceful and relaxing. Communication with Barbara was very friendly and easy. I highly recommend staying here to get away from it all and I hope to come back in the future.

A magical visit! We came here for a couple days seeking a quiet getaway from our busy schedules, and were amazed at the peace and beauty we found at this place. We enjoyed feeding the deer, relaxing in the hot tub with the fairy lights and candles outside, and just playing board games while sitting on the deck with a beautiful view to the lake. Small hut that offers everything you need, with a fantastic view in a very quiet environment. Right on the fjord and just a few minutes from the North Sea. We felt very comfortable. Linda is a super nice host. How can the property highly recommend it!

This was one of the nicest places we've ever been to. We loved the view of the sea, could watch oystercatchers, seagulls, eagles and otters from the sofa. We have seen moose and reindeer in the immediate vicinity. It was great! The accommodation is very thoughtful with a lot of love for detail. We will be back at any time.

Sissel's cabin is nothing short of splendid! Tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort, it offers a beautiful view of the lake and the right atmosphere to relax in nature. Sissel provided us with all the necessary information and was always available. We hope to return soon and recommend staying in this magical place!

Simply put one of the most breathtaking houses you could find on Airbnb. If you think it looks amazing in the listing, wait to you experience it in real life. You will never want to leave the deck unless you need to get out of the sun or rain and enjoy the spectacular interior which is gorgeous but so comfortable. Every room has the same amazing view and Top quality fixtures and soft cozy design. Sinks, kitchen appliances, beds, bedding, even the sauna were all top notch. And we enjoyed the Phillips automatic espresso maker each morning. We will be back, even though it is a long trip from the Northeast of America. Finally, the location was perfect for us since we were 15-20 minutes from Svolaer, Kabelvag and Henninsvaer which has a great restaurant called Fiskohaven.

An absolutely amazing place to stay - the easiest 5-star review I’ve ever given! Breathtaking views from this beautiful and secluded cabin. The hot tub and fire pit are wonderful and the entire property is gorgeous, just like you can see in the photos. Two things to be aware of: 1) It’s a 3-4 min hike down to the cabin from the road where you park, but the hosts provided clear instructions for where to park and were super helpful in bringing our luggage down and back up during check-in and check-out. 2) There is another cabin right next to this one which the hosts also rent out. During the weekend that my wife and I were here, there was nobody staying in the other cabin so the area was a private oasis for us. Worth keeping in mind though that you’ll be sharing the space with others a bit though if anyone is staying in the other cabin. It’s a beautiful place and absolutely lives up to the photos in the listing. The hosts are helpful, friendly, and speak good English. 5/5!

We were allowed to spend 8 days in Kathrine's beautiful house. The location, tranquility and views are unique. The whole house is very clean and maintained. You immediately feel comfortable, which is why a rainy day is not a problem. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired, so you can easily take care of yourself. Particularly noteworthy here are the coffee machine and the Sodastream. The beds are very comfortable and the Stressless armchairs in the living room invite you to relax. The hot tub on the terrace with the great view is phenomenal. Kathrine responds to queries within a short time and also proactively passes on information. So she informed us about the Artic Run taking place, where we had the opportunity to get to know her, which made us very happy. We totally enjoyed the days at Kathrine and Glenn's house and hope we can come back in the winter.

An amazing, peaceful location. As Australians we had no idea how it would be to stay on an island in Norway. After a first day when we learnt it was important to allow time to get around the island to the ferry (thanks to tardy sheep), we enjoyed several days out to sightsee further afield. The house is most ideal for the wonderful views, hikes and peace of the island but, if you're willing to plan carefully, trips into the Sognfjord region are certainly possible. Highly recommend this place, thanks for a wonderful stay Janet and Kenneth!

We had a wonderful stay at Karoline's cabin. The place is uniquely located with panoramic views of Nisser. Here you have endless possibilities for hiking, sun and swimming. The sunrise is magical. Child friendly with playground close by and very pleasant cabin neighbors. Karoline was also very helpful, and responded quickly to our questions. We give our warmest recommendations to rent Karoline's place.

We absolutely loved our stay at Dennis cabin! Things like having ice already stocked in the freezer made such a difference and the beautiful flowers outside added such a lovely touch to the charming surroundings. Very happy with everything!

We stayed at Viking Spirit for 3 nights as part of our honeymoon and loved it. The house is super cozy with everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. Jacuzzi was amazing and it was great to have bath robes too. We also loved the location as we saw reindeers twice on the road below the house; and it was also close to the ferry to Senja island, we definitely recommend a day trip there.
