House vacation rentals in Scandicci

Wir waren im April drei Nächte in diesem Apartment und es entsprach genau den Bildern. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig, modern ausgestattet und das Bett sehr bequem. Besonders positiv: Die gute Anbindung mit dem Bus ins Stadtzentrum sowie die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die schwache Belüftung – trotz Klimaanlage war es recht feucht im Raum, sodass Kleidung morgens leicht klamm war. In der Dusche fehlten Ablagen für Duschgel und Handtuchhalter. Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat schnell reagiert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Mycket trevlig vecka i det mysiga huset och den fina omgivningen. Perfekt ställe att umgås med vuxna barn med respektive. Tillsammans göra utflykter och laga mat i det hemtrevliga köket och ha poolhäng. Fin vecka för oss som gillar Italien.

I had the most amazing experience staying at this beautiful villa in Florence. The location was perfect—peaceful, private, and surrounded by stunning views that took my breath away, especially from the parking area. The villa itself was incredibly cozy and charming—so well maintained and full of character. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave. I’d live there if I could! The pool was a dream—relaxing, and the perfect spot to unwind with the Tuscan countryside all around you. Our host, Leonardo, was absolutely fantastic—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell he really cares about making guests feel at home. This place was everything I hoped for and more. I would 100% come back again. Highly recommend!

The apartment is located in the picturesque surroundings. It takes quite a while to get there up the hill, but the views reward it! The place was clean and well-prepared for our stay. Good spot if you look for some peace and quiet and want to stay away from the noise!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in den Hpgel der Toskana. Ein wenig abgelegen aber wir haben das geschätzt. Viele Restaurants in der Umgebung mit wircklich sehr gutem Essen und absolut guten Preise. Unterkunft mit grossem Garten, Pool, Klima und Heizung. Gepflegt und sauber. Hühner deren Eier wir holen durften. Magena wahr stets erreichbar, sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Viele Weingüter in der Umgebung wo mann essen und trinken kann. Wir kommen wieder. Danke Magena und Eduardo

Villetta incantevole nel relax totale. Tanto spazio verde e una bellissima piscina... tutto solo per noi. Giovanni è stato super accogliente e gentile. Un'esperienza da ripere, consigliatissimo! Un saluto da Fede e Kevin

Lorenzo ist ein sehr netter Typ, äußerst hilfsbereit. Zuerst haben wir seine kulinarischen Selfmade-Willkommensgrüsse genießen dürfen, grandios! Eine große Hilfe war der selbstverfasste Tourist Guide mit seinen persönl. Tipps zu den Highlights aus der Nähe aber auch aus umgebenden Regionen. Auf einem Kamm, in einem wunderschönen Grundstück liegt die hübsche Small Villa, die nur durch ihre verträumte Lage im Hang äußerlich klein wirkt. Innen ist sie sehr geräumig mit hohen Zimmerdecken und durch die großen Glasflächen vom Licht durchflutet. Viel Grün ringsum (z.Zt. mit herrlichem Farbenspiel u. Duft vom Blauregen). Premium ist der Ausblick von der Terrasse - ich habe mich aber in den Blick vom Tor in das nordwestl. Tal verliebt. Die 10 Schritte sind ein ‘must have’ bei Sonnenuntergang. Ob Meer, Florenz oder San Gimignano - nix weiter als ne Stunde Fahrt entfernt. Wer Ruhe abseits der Touris sucht, dem sei San Miniato unbedingt ans Herz gelegt. Unbedingt Buchen! Siamo stati nell’appartamento per una breve vacanza. Gino e Calogera ci hanno assistito come ci si aspetta da dei host preparati e premurosi. Si è respirato tutto il soggiorno un’aria di famiglia. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque di soggiornare in questa Casa, spazi ampi e non manca nulla. La posizione è strategica per chi gli piace visitare i splendidi luoghi toscani.

CampoPineta ist ein guter Ort um sich zu erholen. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht und ist sauber. Tolle Landschaft und gute Restaurants liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit und Alessandra ist ein freundlicher Mensch.

Very comfortable and high spec renovation of the historic farmhouse ... spacious, relaxing, huge pool, bedrooms stayed cool even as temperature reached 30+ degrees. Great restaurant just round the corner, and top wineries nearby. Fantastic weekend was had, thank you Maurizio!

Helt fantastisk hus med massere af charme og personlighed. Så dejligt et hus, at vi overvejer at booke det igen næste år. Regina som stod for huset var virkelig sød og nem at få fat i, ved spørgsmål.

Die Anlage liegt auf einer größeren Lichtung mitten im Wald. Tag und Nacht völlig abgeschieden und ruhig. Entspannung pur. Gepflegte Anlage. Gute Ausstattung der Küche. Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Toller Pool. 14x7m. Perfekt für ein paar Bahnen oder zum Toben. Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge. Florenz, Pisa, Siena jeweils ca. 60 Autominuten entfernt. In und um San Gimignano gibt es viele Restaurants mit guten toskanischen Gerichten. Häufig ist eine Reservierung erforderlich, wenn man sich gerne abseits der Touristenzentren bewegt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Externe Müllentsorgung an nahegelegenen Sammelstellen ist etwas nervig. Laura kümmerte sich bei uns um die persönliche Schlüsselübergabe und spricht perfekt Deutsch! Alles in Allem 5 Sterne! Kommen gerne wieder.

We had a wonderful time in Vittoria's house in this fantastic location. Although we had so many difficulties getting there and only arrived at night (flight delayed and highway closed), her husband greeted us very kindly and showed us around the house. Vittoria was always super quick to respond and always helped us (e.g. turned on the heating when it suddenly got cold). Highly recommended!

Byly jsme zde ubytovány 3 rodiny (6 dospělých a 4 děti ve věku od 2 do 5 let). již jsme zde byli ubytovaní v loňském roce a stejně jako loni, i letos bylo vše skvělé. navíc byla letos zrekonstruovaná druhá koupelna, takže obě byly nové a moderní. hostitel byl velmi vstřícný již při rezervaci pobytu. navíc nám zajistil třetí dětskou postýlku, v den příjezdu nám umožnil dřívější ubytování a v den odjezdu nám umožnil pozdější odjezd, což jsme s malými dětmi velmi ocenili. každý den byl čištěn bazén, který jsme nakonec kvůli počasí využili jen na začátku pobytu. s malými dětmi jsme ocenili velkou oplocenou zahradu.

Rosanna and her country house are as great as all the reviews say. The house is spacious, comfortable, clean, quiet, charming with beautiful views of the surrounding hills. Great place to relax with family. If you intend to use the oven ask for instructions, it works fine but the operation wasn’t intuitive for us. Also bring plenty of bottled water, the house supply is fine for washing but not for drinking/cooking. Rosanna gave us great recommendations for dining and sightseeing in the Radda/ Castellina area, great place at a reasonable rate!

Découverte de la Toscane en famille pour la première fois. Pas de déception sur la région ni sur notre location. Celle-ci est très bien placée, de belle qualité et propre. Vous ne serez pas déçu. Venant de loin, nos horaires ont été variables, mais Léa d interhom a très bien géré cela. Accueil chaleureux et personne très sympathique à notre arrivée. Une bouteille de vin du domaine et d’huile d olive offertes pour nous mettre dans l’ambiance. Un présent qui fait plaisirs et qui a tendance à se perdre de nos jours. Nous repasserons avec plaisirs faire de la randonnées pédestres et vtt à proximité ainsi que visiter les plus beaux villages de Toscane non loin du domaine. Petit plus, la terrasse le matin au soleil pour prendre le petit déjeuner avec une magnifique vue !

Wir (6 Erwachsene, 2 kleine Kinder) hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Wir haben den großen, gepflegten Garten mit Ausblick und den Pool genossen, sowie die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, den Grill und den Pizzasteinofen im Garten. Das Haus ist groß, komfortabel und sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut und schnell erreichbar. Es ist nah an Florenz und anderen sehenswerten Städten. Die Kommunikation, der Check-in und - out verliefen unkompliziert, freundlich und reibungslos. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Giovanna und Alessandro sind äußerst herzliche Gastgeber und das Haus liegt traumhaft in den Hügeln der Toscana. Der Pool ist toll und das Dorf Palaia entzückend. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Casa Alba was fantastic. We had a wonderful stay. We renewed our vows, at Casa Alba, to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary & it was a dream day 🤗 Luigi & his wife were there to welcome us & couldn't have been friendlier. My sister, brother in law & their toddler stayed the week with us & I can definitely say we loved it & would absolutely return 🙌 its very close to San Gimignano for everything you could need.

Joy (the owner) is a joy! She is one of the best hosts we’ve had on this platform. Flexible checking, due to delayed flight. Rooms were bigger than anticipated and beautiful. Lovely rustic Tuscan charm of a property. Plenary of recommendations at the property for local restaurants and activities. Can’t recommend this property enough!

Sehr schöne, top gepflegte Villa mit wunderschönem Garten. Ein Auto wird dringend benötigt, da man von Montecatini Terme aus noch circa 15 Minuten den Berg hochfahren muss, um an die Unterkunft zu gelangen. Das wird aber mit einem atemberaubenden Blick belohnt. Cristina ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut zu erreichen. Wir würden die Villa jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
