The vacation home has 50 square meters of living space and 1000 square meters of garden. It is located on the lagoon of Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig and stands out due to the older cottage charm from the remaining new "vacation cubes." Instead of the usual veneer furniture off the shelf, there is an individual decor, beautiful view of the jetty, fireplace, many things for children and fruit plants for harvesting. There is everything you need as a small family for a few relaxing days away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Flat in the old “Ponitzer Mühle” - mill

The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

When vacationing - then Mühle!

They have a locked apartment / 40 m2 on level ground. The terrace invites you to linger. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long. The sofa bed is 2×2 m and can be used as a 3rd bed. Billiards , darts, etc. are ready for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elberadweg just 400 m away invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. Adventure?! Tinyhouse-style cabin for a cozy getaway in the Vogtland. The cabin has a small bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, toilet and a sink. The sleeping area for two people can be reached by a comfortable ladder staircase. There is a small wood-burning stove that heats the cottage, is used as a stove and spreads comfort. Direct parking on the premises. There is another hut on the property, which also occasionally accommodates guests.

Simply SWITCH OFF at sunset

If you really want to switch off, need new spirit and are satisfied with minimalist furnishings, but appreciate the luxury of freedom, evening sunsets from your terrace, birdsong in the morning and the mooing of happy cows, you've come to the right place. You can prepare your meals in the tiny house yourself or order an organic breakfast basket for a healthy start to the day. There is a compost toilet and an outdoor shower is planned.

Modern cottage directly on a small lake. Practically furnished to unwind for a few days in the middle of nature and to switch off. On the ground floor there is either a large double bed or two single beds. A staircase can be reached by the slightly lower sleeping floor with another two single beds. A high-quality bathroom and a kitchenette equipped with the most necessary make this great tiny house an absolute feel-good place.

Wild-Romantic-Comfortable at the rushing stream. One night of a special kind, suitable for 2 persons. The apartment is located in the ambience of the Rathewalder mill, right next to the bastion and directly adjacent to the core zone of the Saxon Switzerland National Park. The famous painter's path leads directly past. Ideal for trips to the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, but also to the surroundings of Pirna and Dresden.

Our shepherd's wagon is located on our Kraxlerhof, in the middle of Saxon Switzerland overlooking the Ochelwände. With a lot of love, we have now completed our shepherd's wagon at the end of July 2022 for up to two people. All hiking destinations are easily accessible from our farm. We are happy to give you interesting excursion tips around the hiking region of Saxon Switzerland.
