Wohnung im Landhaus am Gründelbach

Unser Haus ist ein 270 Jahre altes Umgebindehaus das wir in liebevoller Arbeit renoviert und umgebaut haben. Soweit es möglich war haben wir die alten Holzdielen oder Holzfachwerk erhalten oder wieder hergestellt. Unseren Garten ist so gestalltet das sich Lebewesen die dort heimisch sind noch wohlfühlen dürfen wie, Salamander, Igel, Glühwürmchen, Eisvogel und wilde Bienen. Wer sich längere Zeit im Garten aufhält kann diese vielen selten gewordenen Bewohner in unserem Garten beobachten.

Duschbad mit Betonspachteltechnik, wobei aufgrund der sehr eingeschränkten Platzsituation Dusche und WC räumlich nicht getrennt werden konnten.

The pretty 45m² apartment is on the ground floor of a house on a slope in the small village of Schöna, 8km from Bad Schandau, 200m from the forest. Except for windows and doors, only natural materials were used. It is heated with a clay oven, which can also be used for cooking. In addition, an electric 2-plate hob is available.

Wir hatten 2 wundervolle Wochen! Vom Haus aus konnte man innerhalb kurzer Zeit viele tolle Wanderziele erreichen, die absolut lohnenswerten Wanderungen zum Lilienstein und zum Brand sogar zu Fuß (inklusive „geländegängigem“ großen Hund!). Wir haben uns im Haus nach langen, erfüllenden Wanderungen sehr wohl gefühlt, wenn auch unsere Hundedame (,die absolut „treppenwanderfreudig“ ist) die Treppe runter in die Küche vermieden hat. Man sollte wissen, dass sich Bad und Küche in der unteren Etage befinden und Woh-/Schlafzimmer in der oberen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, so dass wir die Unterkunft und dieses märchenhafte Fleckchen Erde nur empfehlen können!

wir hatten eine tolle zeit bei Dominika und ihrer familie. der große garten war fantastisch für unseren 6 jährigen und die anderen kinder. die kommunikation und gastfreundschaft waren herzlich und zuvorkommend. die wohnung sehr schön ausgestattet und astrein. die feuerstelle im garten und der holzofen in der wohnung spendeten an den noch kühlen aprilabenden wohltuende wärme 😊 wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten aufenthalt, vielen dank!

Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt, eine schöne Wohnung, von der aus man gut Dresden erkunden kann. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu erreichen. Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen. Klitzekleines Manko war nur die Sauberkeit in der Küche. Der Ofen sah aus wie gerade benutzt und der Kühlschrank und ein Küchenschrank waren verschmutzt.

Über Weihnachten und Jahreswechsel haben wir zu zweit mit unseren beiden Fellnasen in der tollen Wohnung die Zeit verbracht. Es fehlte an nichts. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für unsere Fellnasen war alles liebevoll hergerichtet. Die Eltern von unserem Vermieter konnte man jederzeit ansprechen, wenn Bedarf war. Sie sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Treppe hoch zur Wohnung war anfangs für die Hunde ein kleines Problemchen, was sich jedoch im Laufe der Zeit gegeben hat. Auf jeden Fall ist alles, das ganze drum herum "Paket" empfehlenswert. Herzlichen Dank 🙏

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, gut erreichbar und für unsere Zwecke – eine reine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit – perfekt. Die Beschreibung entsprach der Realität, gute Ausstattung in der Küche und die Betten waren bequem. Die Einrichtung ist etwas schlicht, ein Schrank im Schlafzimmer wäre eine gute Ergänzung. Leider war es bei unserer Anreise sehr kalt, daher wäre es schön gewesen, wenn die Heizung vorher angeschaltet worden wäre. Insgesamt aber eine sehr gute Unterkunft, wir kommen gerne wieder!

This address is very close to Bischofsweg, which allowed me to easily take the tram down to the old city. The S1 train is also very close yet not noisy at all. In general, the Dresden-Neustadt is much nicer than I expected with a lot of good restaurants around like Kross Pizza. As far as Kai and Conni are concerned, I could not have asked for a better host and point of contact. I was in Dresden for work while looking for a more permanent residence and I can honestly say that they provided me with indispensible assistance. They are also just very kind people.

Wir waren für eine Woche in den Osterferien mit unseren beiden Töchtern (11 und 13 Jahren) im Haus am Wald und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Unsere Kinder haben den großen Garten zum Rumtollen geliebt, wir zum Ausruhen. Es gibt jede Menge Freizeit-Equipment für draussen und jede Menge Spiele für Regentage. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich mit 3 Schlafzimmern, großer Wohnküche mit allen wichtigen Utensilien + Sauna. Schöne Wanderungen konnte man schon vom Haus aus machen, andere waren höchstens 30 min entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit Vera und Familie war immer unkompliziert und schnell, super hilfreich und freundlich! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder und schicken nochmal ein riesiges DANKESCHÖN!
