Vacation rentals with beach access in Savudrija

Alenka was super-friendly, helpful and understanding. We can really recommend staying at this apartment house if you want to live as close to the sea as possible in Izola. Mornings and evenings were really calm, throughout the day it got quite crowded. Bars are nearby to relax and get food, music was okay for us. Downstairs lives another family member, very friendly and easy to talk to. Thank you!

Stella is an ultra friendly and very conscientious host. She was very responsive and attentive. She was very accommodating with us and allowed us to store our luggage in the apartment after our stay. The accommodation is ideally located: 5 minutes walk from absolutely everything! —> lavomatik, large square, church, restaurants, beaches... It contains everything you need for cooking and cleaning. The only thing less is the beds that weren't very comfortable. Thanks again to Stella who made us have a very nice stay ❤️☺️

The apartment was super close to the old town and you had everything you need. Very clean and there is also a parking space in front of the door. If you are looking for a beautiful beach, you have to drive a bit but otherwise everything is great.

We are completely satisfied! With the navigation system, we found the address without any problems... Even the check-in worked out great. We arrived early and were still able to check in early and were personally greeted by Dominick! Recommendations for the area were also given to us directly. For two people, the place is perfect and nothing was missing. Besides, it was really super clean, we had nothing to complain about. It is an absolutely quiet area which was great for us. The apartment is so centrally located that you can reach many great places and beaches within a few km. Thank you!

We felt very comfortable. The location is super-almost directly on the sea. With air conditioning and a fly screen on the lower floor, it was good to bear - end of September. Good starting point to explore Grado or also to make further excursions to Trieste, but also Croatia. Only the non-functioning TV could have been a problem if the weather had been bad. Then it's better not to specify a TV. Otherwise, we'd love to come back.

We had a wonderful stay in Rovinj! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed—including excellent Italian coffee and a great selection of herbal teas. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from restaurants, the pier, and all the charming spots around town. After a rainy morning of truffle hunting before check-in, the hot shower was absolutely heavenly. The host was incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout our stay, making everything smooth and welcoming. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rovinj!

The location of the apartment is perfect, especially with a dog. The apartment itself is just as: well laid out, super clean and cozy. In the kitchen and bathroom, everything is available. And the sunny balcony overlooking the square is the highlight! Donatella arranges the entrance to the pedestrian zone for unloading in advance, and she is there herself at check-in. From the start, communication with her is very easy and warm. We will be happy to come back very soon.

Just a perfect place. Own peace in your courtyard and buzzing medieval town and restaurants out the door. The space in the house was just right for a big group. Own space for everyone to chill while big enough common spaces indoors and outdoors to hangout together.

The villa is fantastic and in beautiful surroundings. Everything was as advertised. The owners were very friendly, helpful and responded instantly to our communications. We haven’t visited Istria before and we loved the area. Will definitely be back.

This was the most magical place we have ever stayed! We loved being able to swim and paddle board right off the front deck, and the home is centrally located so you can walk to all of the best restaurants (although the space is so pretty you might just want to stay home and cook every night). The kitchen is well stocked and the spaces are cozy and thoughtfully appointed! I will say that the ceiling in the upstairs master bedroom is really low. I’m 5’4” and I hit my head multiple times, and my tall husband definitely struggled getting around. There are also a lot of stairs so this isn’t somewhere to stay if you are daunted by 4 flights of stairs multiple times per day. We didn’t mind either of these things because the house is so special and it just kind of comes with the territory, but it’s something to keep in mind. Overall a wonderful stay. Thanks Andreas!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sea House in Izola. The place is very cozy, well-equipped, and beautifully designed. The kitchen had everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals. The host was very helpful with parking and Wi-Fi and responded quickly to our questions. The house is in the historical city centre just 3 minutes from the beach. Overall, it’s a lovely, romantic spot for a relaxing getaway!

We came back from vacation rested and satisfied. The distance to the beach, to the city, ebike renter just around the corner, was great. The house dog was a great alarm system for the bikes in front of the front door, we felt safe 👍🏻 the check-in was easy & also the helpfulness was great. Many. We loved the place! We immediately felt comfortable because the apartment is beautifully bright and open. The view of Umag and the bay is beautiful and the highlight. Sandro offers a great place to have a wonderful time. The views from the charming terrace improve the humor , the clean , well-equipped apartment will give you the comfort of existence. If you like walking, you can get dizzy from your choice : Izola by the promenade by the sea , Koper by a public "park" all the way to the Old Town, the old town... Even the harbor in the background adds the atmosphere... Great place . Sandro is a lucky guy... Living in a place like this... That's why he's such a nice guy....

Great & above all very clean place to stay. The sea and restaurants were within walking distance. Parking available, I find important if you arrive by car. We had two dogs with us & it was no problem, on the contrary Danilo was very kind. Trieste for a day trip can also be reached quickly. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

We had a great time at Diana's place. Very comfortable house, very clean and equipped with everything you need; located in a beautiful, very quiet area in front of the port. Cozy and fully equipped flat located in the center of Umag, just 20 meters from the sea - perfect choice for both short and long stays regardless of the period of the year. Despite the apartment is located in the city center, it provides pleasant tranquility and privacy from the noisy streets. In turn, Dezi, the host, is a very friendly person with a proactive approach.
