Vacation rentals with a patio in Savoy

This was our second stay at the Nestle on New Street. Our family loves this place — it’s like our home away from home when we are visiting family in Champaign. We appreciate the thoughtful touches — snacks, extra charging cords, makeup wipes, etc. — that make staying here stress free. We hope to be back again soon!

It was very clean, had the room we needed for all the family & was very accommodating for our pet dog! She thought of everything; even had a dog dish waiting for Mabel! The kitchen was perfect for the prep & making breakfast casseroles for the wedding. Thank you so much for being an amazingly host! We would definitely use you again if the occasion arises.

My husband and I stayed here for our son's UIUC graduation for 2 nights. I cannot say enough great things about this place. The unit itself is decorated to perfection with much thought into making it an inviting, cheery, comfortable space. VERY comfortable bed and soft linens. The bathroom was spotless. Very very large closet/workspace area for our suitcases. It is a self contained unit off the back of a larger house and the backyard zen garden is amazing, as is the landscaping. It is walkable to downtown Champaign (we did it twice) so very convenient. And, the hosts are very considerate, leaving an area filled with yummy snacks and drinks for guests, as well as a full size coffee pot and coffee. I HIGHLY recommend this apartment for a couple, it was just perfect.

Beautiful oasis in the middle of a busy area! We were surrounded by people for 3 days being at the busy Rantoul Family Sports Complex for a tournament. Coming back to this zen-like, quiet, clean, and spacious apartment made the weekend much more enjoyable.

Had a fantastic stay. Bill was an excellent host, taking care of all our needs. Place was very clean, neat and tidy. Excellent location. Within walking distance to the Farmers Market on Saturday mornings.

I stayed here for a couple days during the work week when I was in town for a client. The place was spotless and felt super homey. The door code was easy to work and the parking spot in the back of the building was a nice touch. Bed was super comfortable and everything was nice and clean. A quick drive or walk to some shops and food and drink. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and would stay again!

My family and I had an incredibly comfortable stay at The Red House for our son’s graduation at UIUC. The house is in good proximity to campus, which was very practical, but we were also absolutely charmed by the tastefully decorated interiors and comfortable beds and furniture. You can tell that the home was designed to offer a special experience for its guests, so we couldn’t be more grateful to have chosen it for our special occasion! The wooden staircase is absolutely special and we couldn’t help but take some pictures as we were getting ready for the graduation ceremony, which came out superb and will leave us with lovely memories for the years to come. Couldn’t recommend The Red House and the host more! Thank you, Rhonda and Todd!

The Squirrel Nest is such a great, fun little house. (Although it doesn't feel "little", it had plenty of space for five of us, for my daughter's graduation from U of I.) John & Liz did an incredible job decorating and appointing this charming house, great little details everywhere. Even the writing in their guest instructions and around the house were making us smile all weekend. The house was spotless and accurate to the description and photos. In fact I'd say it feels larger than the photos give it credit for. The location was great. Close enough to campus (a short drive) and downtown Champaign, but still on a quiet street. The patio and the back porch were great spots for morning coffee or an outdoor meal. The hosts could not have been nicer or more accommodating, and they were always very quick to respond. Great house. Great people. Wish it had been here for all four years of my daughter's undergrad! We would've stayed here every time. Thanks John & Liz!!

We have stayed at this property several times and we love it for its proximity to campus and charm. Jacob is a fantastic host and is unfailingly responsive and accommodating.

House was clean, comfortable and close to UIUC. Great communication and we had everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. Neighborhood was quiet with very little traffic. Highly recommend this house.

Loved the stay at Illinois Bungalow -The property was located in a safe neighborhood close to campus and was tastefully decorated to capture the Illini spirit. The house was very clean and things were neatly organized. The kitchen was well stocked with required pots & pans and dishes. The artwork and other items in the house made us feel cozy. Rachel is a very caring and thoughtful host and was very prompt in her communications. She provided clear instructions to check-in and check-out. Will definitely consider staying here again if we happen to be in the area.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this location - Moms Weekend 2025 and Graduation 2025. It was PERFECT!!! Graduation we had a full house for my 4th of 5th kids graduation. It worked out perfectly - walkable, Uber, etc. They are always in communication and helping if something is needed. They went above and beyond, with both times leaving a sweet treat to celebrate both occasions. Also, we left a necklace the 1st time and they found it and kept it for us until we went back for Graduation - it was waiting there nicely for us! Great place for a large group to stay for these fun Illini events! Also, there was one item the cleaners had missed - when I communicated it, the owners were upset with their cleaners and came right over and took care of the issue and even gave an unsolicited credit - WOW. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Thank again!

This was the perfect place for 3 couples (and more) with need for 3 bathrooms/showers. It was in a great location. Easy access to nearby grocery store and all of the friends/family we were in town to see. Antoinette was super responsive whenever we need her. The house kept us nice and warm when it was very cold (0-15 degrees) outside. We would love to stay here again if the need arrises.
