Absolutely perfect for my Moms Weekend Escape! So cozy with all that I needed. And spotless! A perfect location from campus… Just…perfect! Yep. I said it again!

Very comfortable and clean space hosted by a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment was great, and the back parking lot is extremely convenient.

This is the second time I have rented one of his units. Jeremy is easy to deal with and very cooperative. When a problem occurs he quickly tries to fix it. I hope the unit will be available when I come back next year.

Very well equipped apartment in an attractive part of town, walking distance from grocery store, library, cafe etc.

Overall we really enjoyed the unit. The building was really cool and had a great location. The kitchen was not fully stocked, to me it's the same as a hotel level kitchenette. A fridge, microwave, Keurig, and sink were the only kitchen appliances. I knew it was a kitchenette but was not expecting it to be so basic. Also pretty sure the host is a robot hahaha. We did not receive a single message that was a legit message or response. Every single one was an automated message. I had asked them specifics about the kitchen and never got a response so that was a bit frustrating. But overall the unit is a good price point, location, and was clean so I still have it 5 stars.

Jeremy’s place has been great. It’s just 5-15 minutes drive away from major grocery stores, hospital, and the university. Theres a decent kitchen and facility washer and dryer. His been very proactive when we need something like extra blankets. Check in is easy with a smart key pad. However, just bring your own cooking utensils because the pots and knives are a bit outdated. Everything else work just as expected and the unit is pretty warm. It’s great for extended stays just as describe. Lots of parking in the back of the property. Overall the whole stay has been great considering we stayed three months in the airbnb.

I had a wonderful stay at Royse + Brinkmeyer at 520 N Neil St, Champaign. The host was very communicative and accommodating throughout my visit. The condo was impressively well-equipped with top-notch kitchen supplies, including basic seasonings and condiments. Quality linens were provided in abundance, ensuring a comfortable stay. While the furnishings were of passable quality, they looked good and new, perfectly sufficient for my needs. TVs in the bedrooms would be a nice addition, but I made do with my portable projector. An extra set of keys or fob, alarm clocks in the bedrooms, and more hangers would be helpful, but these are minor issues considering everything they did right. Overall, this was one of the better Airbnb experiences I’ve had. The building was beautiful, the rooftop views were excellent, and the gas grill was one of the nicest I’ve ever used. Highly recommended!

Airbnb Champaign We had a wonderful stay! The host’s hospitality was outstanding—we truly appreciated the thoughtful items provided and the attention to every detail to ensure we had everything we needed. The cozy nook upstairs was awesome—my son had so much fun there. The home is beautifully decorated with thoughtful details that made us feel right at home. The location is perfect—in a quiet neighborhood but still very close to campus, downtown restaurants, and just a couple of blocks from the Champaign Public Library, which is a fantastic place to visit if you have kids. We felt so comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect location, will definitely stay again

This was a great stay for the weekend! It was close to campus. The space had personality. It was clean and well heated. Would recommend!

Traveled to Mahomet for a bridal shower and stayed here. It was a really nice, quiet place to crash for us! Everything was clean and looked just like the pictures. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

The basement is lovely. Very large my 2 yo toddler loved running in the basement. The beds and bedding were really comfortable! Thank you for your kindness, Cindy

Matt & Morgan's place is a beautiful historic home that has been thoughtfully renovated with modern cozy updates. This was a perfect, private and walkable stay on a cute cobblestone street that had everything I needed to feel right at home. Everything was exactly as pictured, only better in real life! Will absolutely stay here again next time I need to come to Champaign.

We loved our stay at Damon''s place. It was immaculate and every detail was thought of to make us feel right at home. The pond it's situated on was peaceful and loved the bird watching. The location is convenient to any part of Chambana. With close highway access it made visits to relatives in Danville easy.

We had a lovely time staying here! It felt remote while being in walking distance of coffee shops and restaurants.

My stay was very comfortable. Feels like your own little apt for a short stay. Nice to have pool and gym access. Ryan was also quick to respond to any messages.

Great and simple, one bed and a bath to yourself! Can’t get a better deal. There are 3 other rooms that are locked, so make sure you are aware that you don’t get the kitchen and living room to yourself. Otherwise, nice hot tub and game room that will do the job, nothing fancy.

Perfect getaway! Celebrated my daughter's 16th birthday and we had a wonderful time! The apartment was very comfortable and the pool and game room were so enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone for a peaceful getaway or a group party getaway!

I stayed here for a 2-night stay & only needed a place to sleep and shower. This place was clean and easy to locate and Parking was ample and just outside the building. There was a full size kitchen and living room area; however, I did not have a need for either. Instructions for access and check-in were clear. I will definitely stay here again.
