Independent renovated room in private house a stone's throw from Savonnières beach. Direct access to the Loire route by bike. 2 km from Villandry Castle and 12 km from Tours. Shops nearby: Bakeries, restaurants...less than 5 minutes walk. Housing: Independent entrance with your own shower room. Room of approximately 18m². Small morning snack offered. Coffee machine, kettle, microwave and fridge are available. WIFI internet access and a TV.

We are located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The outbuilding where the studio is located has a very large courtyard where you can easily park. It's possible to store your bikes in a closed room. We can lend our bikes subject to availability. We are very close to the Loire à Vélo route along the Cher. All shops in our village (2 bakeries, grocery store, butcher, delicatessen, pharmacy, tobacco shop, café...) as well as a market on Saturday morning.

PLEASE NOTE, check-in is only possible from 2pm to 6pm as I do not live on the premises. Come and discover an unusual 40 m² south-facing dwelling, dug into the rock, which ensures a cool temperature in summer and warm in winter.
