Family-friendly vacation rentals in Centre-Val de Loire

We had a great time at Pascal and Sandrine's place. The services offered were great. A five out of five for the exceptional quality of the bedding. I will gladly recommend this cottage to all my loved ones. And of course the little surprise on Sunday morning for breakfast. Thanks to Pascal and Sandrine for this pleasant weekend.

Perfect accommodation for a family gathering. Beautifully sized living room with sufficient kitchen. The view of nature from the jacuzzi is also very pleasant. In short, we had a very pleasant weekend!

This country guest home is a great setting to relax, and rest after a full day of sightseeing and traveling. Valerie received us and explained well the home set up and answered any questions. The Jacuzzi was a big plus and we had relaxing meals in the back patio and used the grill while accompanied by the curious lambs and chickens roaming free but separate from our space, adding to the wonderful feeling of connecting with your surroundings, we didn’t access the river but you have the option to kayak if thats your thing. highly recommend.

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

Samuel is a fantastic host, polite, friendly and responsive. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment is beautifully decorated and chic in a stunning area of Paris. We loved the old building, balconies and old style lift to take you up and down from the sixth floor. Samuel showcases his treasures, whilst also maintaining a high level of cleanliness and space. Naturally, you can hear some noises within the building but this does not deter from your stay, and for anyone with young children just be mindful of their heavy feet on the wooden floors. Montmartre is our favourite part of Paris for its views and winding streets of cafes and shops. All amenities are very close by. We would highly recommend staying at Samuel’s place. Great view from penthouse apartment, especially Eiffel Tower light show at night. Very safe area. Lovely park nearby, and lots of restaurants. Sophie is a great communicator. Be sure to ask how to put the washer/dryer into dry mode, I never did figure that out. Will definitely stay here again next time in Paris. Thank you, Sophie!

A wonderful stay with friends in a beautiful house. Despite the unpredictable weather, we were able to enjoy the park, tennis court, pool and barbecue. And for rainy moments, the jacuzzi was very nice. Everything was well thought out for the children, who had a good time in complete safety. The owner had slipped in small touches that made the stay even more enjoyable: condiments, dishwasher tablets, and even pool towels. In short, all the conditions were met for a relaxing stay! I would recommend it without a second thought!

We were very happy to stay in this comfortable house with undeniable charm where the family spirit reigns supreme. Large indoor spaces and a large garden surrounding the house allowed all generations to find the right entertainment. We enjoyed the calm and nature, no one was disappointed! It is a place that does not leave you indifferent and that excites and amazes young children.

What a gem! The Red House sits perfectly nestled in the picturesque, quaint medieval village of Chinon with close access to restaurants, shops, and parking at the bottom of a sloped cobblestone street. From the door of the lodging you can walk up to the fortress in about 5 minutes! We were charmed by this historic home and comfortable during our stay. The rooms were clean, well appointed, and provided for all of our needs. Please note that the staircase to get up to the Airbnb is steep and uneven.

We absolutely loved our stay, the home was so peaceful and had absolutely everything we could possibly need. Such a serene setting with very responsive and attentive hosts .

Once you get to the accommodation, know that there is a lot of food (spices, tea, etc.) and this is really great, especially when you think you have forgotten a few shopping items. The garden is huge, also perfect if you want to watch the stars. I recommend the place to relax!

We loved our stay in this house with crazy charm. The more the days passed, the more we felt charmed by the terrace and its view of the groves, super zen, in absolute quiet. The cool country house for the summer is very nice and very well-equipped. The floor has air conditioning. The garden is lovely and bucolic. Emilie is particularly attentive to promoting a quality stay. We enjoyed the endless walks in the wonderful forest of Tronçais and radiated in the neighboring villages. A plus, access offered by our host, to the magnificent swimming pool to cool off in the hot hours. A little paradise!

The accommodation is easy to find, quick access from the highway. We arrived early, which was no problem for Francine, who welcomed us 2 hours earlier than the scheduled time. the garden is beautiful and with the small stream it is bucolic. A peaceful and relaxing atmosphere ideal for a long weekend with the family. Lots of games available: foosball, ping pong, balls, trampoline and even a boat for walking on the water! Sunday was rainy, We were able to have a fire in the fireplace of the beautiful living room. We would recommend this listing.

I had a lovely stay at this place in the middle of the forest. The place is ideal to disconnect and enjoy the calm. Accommodation is as described, clean and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The environment is nice, with beautiful outdoor spaces to relax. The hosts are welcoming and discreet, which allows you to fully enjoy the place with peace of mind. A good place for those looking for a bit of rest and nature.

We had a wonderful stay at Michel's. One of the best Airbnb Airbnb is one of my best Airbnb. The house is spacious, very well decorated, comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped. The garden is huge and beautifully maintained, it feels peaceful and we were also able to enjoy the large terrace, hammocks, deckchairs and the pool. There is a private car park for the car. The city center is a 3-minute drive and there are 2 large supermarkets just nearby. The area is beautiful and worth a visit. Michel welcomed us very warmly and was a perfect host. We'll get back to him as soon as we can.

Excellent stay in this haven of peace and nature in the middle of the Loire castles! Old sheepfold tastefully renovated, warm and spacious overlooking a terrace with views of the horse meadow!!! Evelyne and Pierre are very welcoming hosts who love nature and animals, with a beautiful family estate full of life!
