We had a great time in Paris and Bea's apartment. Everything was great there, all the comfort you need for a few days, although it is a small place, we were ok with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The best is the location, as everything is in walking distance. Thanks again for hosting us.

The apartment is beautiful, clean and tidy, equipped with all the necessary appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, coffee machine), all hygiene products are present. Nearby there are grocery stores, bakeries and places where you can eat until midnight. Quiet area and a metro station is nearby. Top recommendations!

The studio was beautiful and the perfect place for a long weekend stay. The entrance stood out as the most gorgeous and private thing.

Great for groups and very functional, well-located apartment in residential area directly across from the Massy RER and TGV, making travel easy. While the area outside is active and some men lingered daily, it wasn’t aggressive like at major stations. We were vigilant but never felt unsafe. Inside, it was quiet—you could hear street sounds during the day but not trains. The building has multiple similar entrances. We entered the closest, but there are only steps and a local helped us carry all of our luggage up. The opposite end has an accessable ramp. The hosts provided clear instructions and great recommendations . We stayed over a holiday and heard one party; otherwise, it was peaceful. There are restaurants, bakeries, markets, and a fruit stand nearby. 4 Rooms each have a full-size bed, mirror, table, chair, drying rack, and hanger- rack. 3 Bathroom split 1 toilet, 2 separate showers. RER gets you to parts of Paris in 30 minutes, but to the Eiffel Tower 50 mins with a transfer.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Juliana is really nice. The check-in instructions were very clear. The apartment is very peaceful, quiet, and gets great light. It’s on the 4th floor, without elevator, but I personally didn’t find the stairs to be an issue. There are long landings between flights of stairs that break it up. Like many Paris apartment spaces, the bathroom is quite tight. If you are very tall, for example, you might be cramped. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again! The location is another plus. The apartment building is on a quiet street, and the metro, Seine, cafes, supermarkets, and restaurants are pretty much around the corner or within a few minutes walking distance. Thank you for a pleasant stay. The layout is very well thought out. It's a nice house to live in. the pool was a little cool but the kids loved it.

Space was nice and very clean. Close to metro station and easy to get to central Paris. Would definitely recommend.

Philippe hosted us very warmly despite a very late booking! Accommodation very close to Beauval with good advice given by our host so that we arrived at the zoo without traffic jams! Excellent stay in this well equipped, clean and very pleasant house. The spaces are large and allow everyone to have their own space. The accommodating and pleasant host. The accommodation is quite secluded but perfect for a quiet retreat!

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation was large, quiet and with all amenities. Getting to the center of Bourges is easy and quick by car. The lake walks are nice when we go to the other side and we were able to enjoy the beach. We recommend it. Thank you.

Florence is a thoughtful and very responsive host. Perfect accommodation for 6 couples, comfortable and clean, we each had a bathroom, toilet and a double bed in our room. Well soundproofed house. Large dining room and garden lounge appreciated for our breakfasts and dinners all together. St Avertin is a quiet neighborhood, good location for visiting the castles of Chenonceau, Villandry... Pleasant stay. I recommend this large house, convenient when there are many of you...

Lovely and spacious place at an amazing and lively location full of bars and restaurants. The place itself is very quiet because it’s inside a yard and it’s well protected from the noisy streets. Agnes was very welcoming and helpful. We did a late check in and were able to leave our suitcases longer after the checkout which really improved our last day of the stay. Un grand merci
