It’ an unique old house located in the middle of the nature. Lovely quiet place with big garden. Patrick and Benny are really nice hosts, very friendly. We also enjoyed company of little dog Lilly and 3 peacocks.

A stay that we will repeat to enjoy other seasons in the surrounding woods. The location is ideal for visiting many castles, and at the end of this island, Langeais and even Tours are nearby!

Excellent stay, well located accommodation in a quiet environment and close to amenities. The chateau is a 5-minute walk away. Very attentive and caring host. We would not hesitate to stay there again. Recommended accommodation.

Michèle was a lovely host. She welcomed me in and gave me lots of suggestions of what to see in the area. She is very friendly. The apartment is well stocked with everything you need and it has a lovely exterior.

Great time at this place! The jacuzzi was a real plus, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The place is tastefully decorated, in a warm and elegant atmosphere. We immediately felt at ease there. Everything was perfectly clean and well kept. I highly recommend this accommodation for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Great weekend of two nights at Ladj's, who was a very friendly host. The accommodation was very quiet, easy to access and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The cleanliness was impeccable. The independence of our access allowed us to use our space with peace of mind. We recommend it without hesitation.

Jean Philippe was wonderful. He met us and showed us the apartment and explained how to use all the items. The apartment is very quiet and is in a beautiful courtyard. The coffee machine gave us the best coffee so far on our trip. I really appreciate that Jean Philippe supplied us with lots of coffee. These little details make a huge difference. We loved the location. The bed and the bath were very nice, we really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice apartment ideally located for those who like the old district of Tours and all its shops, bars and restaurants. Difficult access by car (pedestrian access) and complicated parking because of the historic center of Tours, but I think this accommodation also offers a parking space which is ideal. In short, a very nice location and impeccable, atypical and very pleasant accommodation

Very beautiful accommodation, as described and very well equipped. Isabelle was very available to welcome us with great kindness in her living space. The bakery at the foot of the building is a real plus, as well as free parking nearby. A 160cm bed will bring a little more comfort. Thanks again, we'll be happy to come back.

Dominique was very welcoming and helped carry our bags up to the apartment. The apartment was nicely decorated and beds comfortable. The location was convenient for access to the old town and free parking nearby. We think our baby woke up the next door neighbour in the middle of the night, which we are sorry about 🫣 but we would stay again if Dominique would have us!

I recommend this apartment to my friends. It's certainly above all expectations. The only advice I would give Melin is to let guests find placemats for breakfast, too. Otherwise everything is perfect
