Vacation rentals with a patio in Savonnières

The accommodation is easily accessible, whether by car or public transport. We were able to park our car in the indoor parking space, secured by a gate, and use the buses that pass right next door – very frequent and leading directly to the city center. This is a large one bedroom, very clean, with a beautiful bathroom. The facilities are recent and the accommodation is very well equipped: functional kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, TV… everything is there for a comfortable stay. The French door gives access to a private garden, where we were able to enjoy good times with the family around the garden furniture. We stayed for a week with our two teenage daughters. The sofa bed allowed us to have extra beds without any worries. Finally, Florence's responsiveness, before, during and after the stay, greatly facilitated our trip. We sincerely thank her and highly recommend this listing!

Elisa and Lucie have been excellent hosts. We stayed in his apartment for 3 months and felt right at home. The apartment is well connected to the city center. It's 8 minutes by car and there's a bus stop 1 minute away. This is important because it is a residential area. The house is well-equipped, it has everything you need for long and short stays. We highlight the proactivity of Elisa and Lucie, for making our stay more enjoyable and for being attentive to us on a regular basis. For example, we had problems with the mattress and they bought a new one. In addition, the kitchen chairs were replaced with more comfortable ones. If we had to mention a drawback, it would be the washing machine, because the cycles are very long, although with good organization it doesn't mean great inconveniences. However, in general, we are very happy with the stay and recommend staying in this apartment. Thank you very much Elisa and Lucie!

Impeccable accommodation, responsive and attentive host. The location is ideal: almost in the city center with all shops and restaurants within walking distance. The address and quiet and our host kindly accepted our little dog. This is the second time we've rented this cottage and we'll come back to it regularly. Thanks

As a stopover to our vacation in the south of France, we had a nice stay. In the evening, we made good use of the BBQ. The next morning, we had a wonderful shower in the beautiful bathroom. The only downside was finding the way, but despite that we had a lovely stay.

Everything was perfect! The house is beautiful and very pleasant to live in for a large group, everything is well equipped and functional. We were even able to enjoy the large garden in peace and sun, a real pleasure!

Excellent find in a great location. Beautiful small town with excellent Boucherie, boliangerie and épicerie and a market every Saturday morning. House was spacious, clean and exactly as described. Élodie was friendly and responsive in both French and English. Will visit again.

We had an absolutely delightful stay at 'La Maison Vigneronne', Linda helped us navigate to the house, which is within easy walking distance from the centre of Chinon. The house itself was clean and charming with everything we needed during our stay. The surrounding trees and vineyard are beautiful and we were greeted by the gentle clucking of the hens that live onsite. The views from the house across to the fort at Chenin and the Vienne river were gorgeous. Sitting outside and just looking at the view was a pleasure in and of itself. This beautiful house and location made this a true gem and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Compliant accommodation, very nice accommodation, quiet, with private garden/courtyard. The setting is very nice. The hot tub is really a big plus , it's big and the cave room where it is is very charming, with a super cute and very enjoyable shower system. The host is very nice, I recommend this listing 100% . We'll save the address for the next time.
