This very nice apartment is very spacious, welcoming, very clean and very well decorated. The room overlooks a wooded area and is minutes away from the city center. I recommend it for your visits to Angoulême.

Ah, what a joy to arrive at Thierry's, when you hike with a backpack on your back. The studio is clean and well furnished, there is everything you need, sheets, towels, etc. It wasn't too hot and it was quiet. Thanks again Thierry for the stay.

Nothing to say. Matches the description. The only small downside is that the door of the accommodation seems light for the safety of the accommodation. But everything else was perfect. Thanks for your hospitality.

What a wonderful discovery for all of us (3 couples, 2 children aged 4 and 1 baby)! This house of character immediately seduced us with its spacious rooms and large garden. EVERYTHING is well thought out and provided to welcome us and make our stay unique. We had a family reunion there and spent 4 wonderful days, encouraging us to repeat this experience ("I want to do it again too," my 4-year-old granddaughter told us, "but in THIS HOUSE!"). We were also able to enjoy the surroundings with the little corners by the river where young and old could cool off, wade (at Pontreau) or swim (at Anché). Let's not forget to thank our hosts, Delphine and Thibaut, always available, responsive, simple and caring before, during and even after. Delphine, Thibaut, we enjoyed it and hope to be able to come back to your home. A huge THANK YOU for your attention!! Obviously I can only recommend this place.

We had a pleasant stay at Karine's accommodation. The place is peaceful surrounded by nature, the accommodation is very comfortable, everything you need, quality, is available. The decoration is neat, with great taste. Very large comfortable beds, functional kitchen and large bathroom. There is everything nearby, food shops and enough to go for walks + the center of Poitiers a few minutes' drive away. Karine and her spouse are very welcoming, we felt very good as soon as we arrived. Recommended +++

Tastefully decorated house, spacious bedroom, very nice location. The owner is very attentive, friendly and responds almost immediately if needed.

Sarah and David are lovely and wonderful people, they took care of us perfectly with many attentions such as their chicken eggs on arrival, bottles of wine... private welcome on the roof while being discreet and available. The site is beautiful with swimming pool, private bar with American pool, darts...the bedding is great, we slept like babies, everything was really perfect. We highly recommend it!!

Great place with a lot of interesting features like the lighting. Very nice bathrooms and showers with plenty of towels. Very clean and comfortable place. The drier does not function very well, but overall great place to stay.

The cottage is superb, with its old stones full of charm, set in the middle of a green setting, not to mention its swimming pool and its "guinguette" which allow you to enjoy real moments of conviviality with peace of mind. We had a lovely stay there. David is very friendly and available for any information. Don't miss!

Studio conveniently located next to Futuroscope. We stayed 3 (2 adults and 1 child) for 3 nights so we could go to Futuroscope. Bed and house linen are of very good quality (and extremely clean). As stated in the listing, the loft bed is only suitable for children (low ceiling height). The check-in instructions were sent very early and they were very clear. I would recommned this property

Accommodation as described, everything was exactly as mentioned in the listing, very good for 4 people, a little tight for 6. I would recommend this place, close to the Futurocope and all other shops.

While staying overnight in Poitiers , Guillaume's accommodation is of very high quality . Renovated with taste and very good comfort and luxury . Very well equipped , very clean, clear instructions and very good bedding . I was able to meet Guillaume before I left , he is a nice and friendly person. I can only recommend this place

Laurène's place is ideal for a short stay at Futuroscope. The park is within walking distance, it's very nice. Beds made, towels are available, and most importantly, an assortment of breakfast products are a big plus. It was perfect for us. In addition, the interaction with Laurène was at its best.
