The kitchen leads to an outside terrace with table and chairs. On the ground floor you will find a second kitchen, the 3rd bedroom, separate WC and utility area.

It has three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. The bright living room consists of a living-dining room and kitchen of about 40 square meters. It has fiber optic Internet. A large bioclimatic pergola, an enclosed garden, and a garage are available. Everything for fun and safety.
