Vacation rentals with beach access in Savannah

Jodi has been nothing but a great host and the place is in a great location right next to all the shops and bars! And only a 2 mins from the beach! Parking is tight! But there is space! Room is great but the bar next door can be loud at time but if you have the A/C on and tv you can barely hear it, all and all this place was great! Would definitely visit again!

I travel to Tybee about once a month for business. I have been a guest at this location for roughly a year and a half. It has truly become my home away from home. I can’t say enough amazing things about this host! Always responsive and accommodating! No wonder why this place stays booked! Love, Love and Love this place! Thanks so much to Amanda and the team! This is such a cute space! Very bright, filled with pockets of plant life, and very stable WiFi! You could not possibly be better located. You want the beach? It’s so close you actually get a partial view from the bedroom. It’s a 2 minute walk away! You want food? You’re surrounded by it. You literally can walk out the door and have pizza, oysters, subs, burgers, hot dogs, and 4 different ice creams and snow cones. Rachel’s Beach Bites is actually right outside the entrance door and they have awesome cones and nachos! This is an older building with the charm of age. Don’t come in expecting new build perfection. I found it charming with character. Everything will be well stocked, especially if you enjoy a morning cup. There’s a Nespresso in the fully equipped kitchen. If you’re a solo traveler or couple, this is the perfect amount of space for you. There are stairs in the home and the building, fyi for mobility!

This property is a little piece of heaven; private, safe, relaxing but also near everything you would want and need. The beach was so private and beautiful and the beach cart was an added bonus. Claudia answered within minutes and was so helpful. Our pup loved the yard too. We hope to cone back for a longer stay in the fall.

Great stay! Christian had everything needed for a perfect beach vacation. Christian was great at communicating. The Airbnb was spacious and clean. I will be staying at his Airbnb in the future!

Wonderful! The place was cutely decorated and clean. Everything functioned as expected. The place was well equipped with everything you could possibly need from kitchen essentials, games, cooler, beach luxuries, etc. As an adult party of two, it was absolutely perfect. Not only was the place perfect but it also gave you access to a variety of things such as easy beach and pool access and tennis/pickleball courts. The beach location is very calm with small waves only when boats came past. It’s perfect for little kids. The pool was clean and had restroom access. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great place to stay in Tybee Island!

The house was comfortable and so cute! It was easy to walk to the beach, stores and restaurants. The area is extremely clean, friendly and safe. Such a relaxing, beautiful area.

This was an awesome stay ! Elizabeth was very responsive with questions and recommendations! She even provided my friend was flowers because we were there for her Bachelorette ! Will definitely be coming back.

What a great location! We took multiple walks per day to the river since it was such a short walk. The park is beautiful and scenery is varied based on the tides and time of day. Same with local restaurants and stores, and the weekly farmers’ market—easy walks. The setup of the house was perfect for us and the backyard is private and idyllic, despite the house being so centrally located. We can’t recommend it enough.

Extremely responsive and helpful host. Great house, gorgeous, peaceful views. Perfect location. Will definitely be back! This house is perfect for a couple, workable for a family of three or four. Bathrooms clean and new but small. Lots of wildlife. Enjoyed the nature walk, bike riding and proximity to Harbourtown. Thank you for your hospitality!!

Lisa's home is lovely and huge. It was spotless and so comfortable. We felt at home from the moment we entered. Beds are comfortable and the linens are soft. Water pressure is good, too. There's plenty of space to spread out and have quiet time, if you need that when you stay with family. The back yard is lovely, and the front porch is a great space to hang out. Just a tip...there is a drip coffee maker, but no grinder, so buy ground coffee. There is also Keurig. The a/c works really well in all the rooms, and there are ceiling fans and box fans in the closet. Also, lots of extra pillows and plenty of towels. The washer and dryer work really well and are large capacity. Lisa is a phenomenal host, and I don't say that lightly. She is communicative and very clear with instructions, so you know what is expected and how to find everything. Lisa gives great recommendations for places to visit in Savannah. Couldn't ask for a better host!

Our stay at this duplex retreat truly exceeded our expectations! We were a group of six adults (three couples), and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The amenities were fantastic. We especially enjoyed being able to cook steaks on the propane grill, which was a huge plus. The location couldn't have been better – it was a short walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants, making it incredibly convenient. We also greatly appreciated the great garage parking on the property; we didn't need to use our vehicles at all during our stay. Tim was a wonderful host throughout our visit. His quick responses to any questions we had were incredibly helpful, and we were so grateful for his hospitality. We highly recommend this property and can confidently say, we'll be back!

This host and it's home was amazing! We took my mother with terminal brain cancer on her bucket list last trip. We had my mother, her 85 yr old sister, my husband with our 20 yr old son, 18 year old daughter, 13 yr old son, my sister, her husband and their 14 yr old son. This house was perfect. There were 3 separate stories with a small kitchen in the basement and very large fully stocked kitchen on main level. It was wonderful that we had 4 full bathrooms and one half. The house had everything and more. The lighthouse in the back yard was so enjoyable to watch from the back deck each night. The beach was across the street. Our host told us about the farmer market on Mondays so we went and literally everything there was fantastic. We had plenty of extra towels for showers and even for the beach. We will be coming back here again. Thank you Emily for making this the best memory for us with my mom. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

This beautiful home was perfect for our graduation celebration. There was plenty of room for the entire family to stay and the fenced-in backyard was a great feature when it was time for our Pomeranian to "take care of business". The house was very clean and well stocked with anything that we needed for our stay. Stephanie was very responsive to any questions we had and was a delightful host.

Super close to the beach, convenient parking, and has all the things you need for a great beach day ready to go on the porch and closet. Loved the extra touch with the snacks and toiletries. Great stay!

It was a very nice place with awesome views. Only downsides are that it was a bit small (no room for two night stands in the main bedroom) and the walk to the beach was a bit of a haul. Overall it was great for what we needed and a fair price.

This is a quiet, very clean place with a quiet beach. Exactly what we wanted. The condo is near Savannah yet has plenty of beach access. The best part, watching dolphins playing in the water behind the condo. Take your binoculars with you!

Great location along Coligny Beach! We took advantage of the beach chairs and was nice to be a short walk back for anything we needed. We purchased and left a beach umbrella for future guests to enjoy. Condo is ideal size for 2 guests as listing suggests.

Patty & George offers a quaint clean space for your Hilton Head stay. Her communication was always immediate and helpful. Best hostess ever! We appreciated the personalized greeting and snacks. Plenty of towels and wash cloths too!

This place is absolutely beautiful, so clean and the host is amazing. We saw so many dolphins. We did not like the flying palmetto bugs but it's the south so they are part of the experience.

We had a wonderful stay! The air conditioning in our unit unfortunately stopped working on our last day, and they let us use another one of their units for our final evening. They were super responsive, helpful, and friendly hosts! The location was also perfect, just a short walk to the beach. We received great service and 100% plan to come again!

Lovely, updated beach unit with great amenities and fantastic beach access. Unit is well furnished with very nice bathrooms and a balcony with a side view of the ocean. Top notch pool, hot tub, outdoor lawn with games, hammocks, etc. all right outside the unit. Beachside bar access was a plus. Easy walk to Coligny for dinner, grocery store, etc. (~.7mi). Host was super nice and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.
