Vacation rentals with beach access in Chatham County

Jodi has been nothing but a great host and the place is in a great location right next to all the shops and bars! And only a 2 mins from the beach! Parking is tight! But there is space! Room is great but the bar next door can be loud at time but if you have the A/C on and tv you can barely hear it, all and all this place was great! Would definitely visit again!

This is such a cute space! Very bright, filled with pockets of plant life, and very stable WiFi! You could not possibly be better located. You want the beach? It’s so close you actually get a partial view from the bedroom. It’s a 2 minute walk away! You want food? You’re surrounded by it. You literally can walk out the door and have pizza, oysters, subs, burgers, hot dogs, and 4 different ice creams and snow cones. Rachel’s Beach Bites is actually right outside the entrance door and they have awesome cones and nachos! This is an older building with the charm of age. Don’t come in expecting new build perfection. I found it charming with character. Everything will be well stocked, especially if you enjoy a morning cup. There’s a Nespresso in the fully equipped kitchen. If you’re a solo traveler or couple, this is the perfect amount of space for you. There are stairs in the home and the building, fyi for mobility!

we enjoyed every bit of our stay here! It had a little bit of everything for everyone in our family including our young kids 5,3 and 1. Located right on the golf course which my husband enjoyed watching, walking and practicing on the putting green. Short walk or bike ride to the beach (recommend a stroller or wagon if you have littles as it's just far enough where you'll end of carrying them at the end - speaking from experience 🙃). The home was comfortable, clean and well maintained. We rented bikes right across the street which was very convenient. One thing to note if you have young kids - there is not a bathtub, just showers. We will be back!

Great place to stay in Tybee Island!

We enjoyed our one night stay. Easy walking access to the beach and the pool. Convenient driving to multiple stores and restaurants. Owner very convenient to reach by phone.

Great place to stay in Sea Pines! The condo had everything we needed to enjoy the week. Beautiful location, quiet and clean. We would definitely stay here in the future.

We had a great week on Tybee Island! We biked all over the island to explore the different beaches and to watch the sunset from the Back River beach. With Savannah only 30 minutes away, we enjoyed the best of both worlds. We loved that the beach was an easy walk, and we were happy to have such a cozy home base.

The house was comfortable and so cute! It was easy to walk to the beach, stores and restaurants. The area is extremely clean, friendly and safe. Such a relaxing, beautiful area.

The Sol Shack was a perfect base of operations for our island adventures. It was the perfect size for two of us with room for another couple. It is situated in a quiet place off the beaten path. The host Tennille was amazing. She was very easy to get ahold of and had plenty of recommendations that were spot on. I would recommend 10/10 times.

We loved staying in Kelli’s cozy, cute condo. The walkability to restaurants and shopping was great. We loved that is right on the beach. The condo was very clean and the small kitchen was well stocked for making small meals. We greatly enjoyed the space for our kid free week away. We will be back!

Our stay at this duplex retreat truly exceeded our expectations! We were a group of six adults (three couples), and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The amenities were fantastic. We especially enjoyed being able to cook steaks on the propane grill, which was a huge plus. The location couldn't have been better – it was a short walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants, making it incredibly convenient. We also greatly appreciated the great garage parking on the property; we didn't need to use our vehicles at all during our stay. Tim was a wonderful host throughout our visit. His quick responses to any questions we had were incredibly helpful, and we were so grateful for his hospitality. We highly recommend this property and can confidently say, we'll be back!

We absolutely love staying at Brooke's place. This was our second time. She's such a gracious host. If you're looking for a place that is outside of the busy area this is where you want to be. We will be back of course. Five stars all away for you Brooke!! Thank you again!

Clean and tidy 3 bedroom with 1.5 baths. Minimal clutter. More than ample amenities with everything you need! He even provided coffee, laundry detergent etc. 5 stars Only downfall is that it is directly next to a gas station, though fences are high with locks!

Very cozy and relaxing space. Perfect for our family of 3. Felt like a home away from home. Location was a quick and easy walk to the beach and pier as well as local restaurants and bars.

We had a fantastic stay at Greg’s condo on Tybee Island! The unit was spotless and exceptionally well stocked with all the essentials—plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, coffee, and more. It made settling in so easy and comfortable. Greg was a wonderful host: super responsive, friendly, and always ready with helpful information. The beds and furniture were very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day at the beach. The resort itself was perfect for families, with a great pool and just a short walk to the beach. Greg thoughtfully provided a beach wagon and chairs, which we used several days—such a nice touch! On our last day, we treated ourselves to a beach chair and umbrella setup from a local rental company, which was also very convenient. Parking was easy, and the location offered great access to everything Tybee Island has to offer. We’d highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a relaxing, well-equipped, and family-friendly stay!

Loved this place so much. Close to all my favorite spots. Very clean & comfortable. Garry was quick to respond on everything. There was only 1 small hiccup getting in with push button on key pad, but my hubby was able to fix it. Hope to come back soon.

It was a very nice place with awesome views. Only downsides are that it was a bit small (no room for two night stands in the main bedroom) and the walk to the beach was a bit of a haul. Overall it was great for what we needed and a fair price.

This is a quiet, very clean place with a quiet beach. Exactly what we wanted. The condo is near Savannah yet has plenty of beach access. The best part, watching dolphins playing in the water behind the condo. Take your binoculars with you!

Dana was friendly during our stay and was prompt to help us with a minor issue we had with the automatic door lock. My wife and I had a great stay in Tybee and we're able to walk to the beach and nearby bars and shopping during our stay. We also made a quick day trip to Savannah while we were there.

This place is absolutely beautiful, so clean and the host is amazing. We saw so many dolphins. We did not like the flying palmetto bugs but it's the south so they are part of the experience.

I cannot say enough about this place. Our other airbnb reservation was a disaster. Once we moved from the other location, we booked this one late at night. Kristina was so kind and helpful with the check in process at ten pm. The views were fantastic, and it is in a nice location. The bed was probably the most comfortable one I have ever had an at an airbnb. We had all of the amenities and furnishings we could possibly need, and it was very clean. This place was a lifesaver, and I highly recommend. Check out instructions were very simple and clear. The guidebook was very helpful with suggestions of things to do, restaurants, etc.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This was one of the very best stays in an air b&b we have ever experienced! Thank you so very much it was the perfect spot for everything we needed! We will be booking agian very soon!

Lovely place. Very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. So nice to have the large covered deck to sit on as it rained the majority of our stay.
