Villa vacation rentals in Chatham County

I really appreciate the owners helping us navigate some problems with Airbnb.

The space was perfect for our family of 4. Coligny plaza is a 3 minute walk from the complex and the beach is a 5 minute walk. You are secluded yet right in the heart of everything.

We had a great stay! The villa was as described and location within Sea Pines was fantastic. It was an easy walk/bike to Harbour Town. We walked to the bakery and cafe to get coffee almost every morning!

This location is within walking distance to Harbour Town and its lighthouse. We rented bikes that were delivered and rode around for exercise and sightseeing. It was quiet and clean and the host was responsive and extremely helpful. I would definitely bring my family here again.

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The proximity to the beach alone made the stay worth it. We got up early every morning to enjoy the sunrise over the ocean. We saw dolphins from the beach every single day. We were within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Heather and Mark put a lot of effort into remodeling and decorating their unit and the first floor location was very convenient. They were very responsive hosts and we can’t say enough nice things about this stay. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Overall it was a great stay for us! We mainly only slept there and that was good enough for us. We loved having an elevator for the 3rd floor with a luggage cart! The pool was also an added plus for two little kids and it was never crowded. The private beach access topped it all off!! It was such a short walk right out to the water and being able to come back and spray everything off was perfect!! The added benefit was having 3 beach chairs, a wagon, and some extra beach toys which made packing so much lighter for us. I will suggest it would have been a plus to have an umbrella, but we understand those break and rust easily so that wasn’t a ding to the host at all only a suggestion. We were extremely grateful for the extras that were provided! Since we went sort of towards the end of the season the complex was very peaceful and plenty of shaded parking for us. Overall it was clean, quiet, and family friendly! We would suggest this location and would return again!!!

Overall, we had an enjoyable stay. The host is very responsive and helpful. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were comfortable and clean. South beach is very close (right across the street) and where we spent most of our time. We rode bikes to the beach club one day, which was 25 minutes (riding 7mph per my Apple Watch). While it was further than expected, we preferred the less crowded atmosphere of South beach anyway—lots of starfish and hermit crabs and personal space. Constructive feedback would include better bug treatment. It is clear that they are treating for bugs (because many died) but there were still many small bugs crawling in the kitchen. (I did not communicate this to the host so they may have offered treatment if I had told them during our stay). Additionally, the dryer doesn’t work properly and requires two cycles to dry clothes (but it was nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit) and it works—just need to know to run it again.

Akash’s house was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and clean! Everyone was able to sleep comfortably in a bed and there were tons of bathrooms which was great for a big party of girls! The area the house is in was super walkable to shops and the beach, and the pool was super warm and a great bonus! Akash was a great host too. Highly recommend!

Ocean One is in a PERFECT location; an easy walk to Coligny Plaza with shops and dining. This unit is on the 1st floor which means you do not have to carry your stuff up an elevator or steps. It’s so close to the huge pool and the ocean. The complex has a security guard at the entrance but we felt safe with the family no matter where we were in the area. Sea Pines is very close with so much to do. We will definitely be back.

The townhouse was as advertised. Each bedroom had a television, bathroom and plenty of linens. The home was very clean. Water pressure in the shower was great. The back deck was relaxing and gave each of us a chance for morning coffee in peace. The location was well located. It was only a short walk to lighthouse, marina and shops. All the golf courses we played were outside of Sea Pines but within a 20-30 minute drive. Next time we would rent bikes to explore more of Sea Pines. I would definitely stay there again and Darcy was a great host.

We loved the condo! It is a perfect location! The condo was very nice and comfortable. Laura is a wonderful host and I highly recommend her place!

it is a great location. Just a short walk or bike ride to the beach. It is the second floor unit so if that is a problem for you, I just wanted to note. It wasn’t a problem for our family. Good space and it was clean. The only thing I would suggest is bringing your own beach towels. There were none in the place and I didn’t think about that when I was packing. Megan was an excellent communicator and quick reply.

This was our first family vacation and my husband and I just needed a place to join our children at their condos nearby, so the location worked out perfect for our stay. Ryan is a great host and was very accommodating in helping us to check in early and fill us in on where to go in the area. His place had beach chairs, sand shovels and a cabana (but we didn't get a chance to use the cabana) at no extra charge. The place was clean and had a view of the ocean. Thank you Ryan for making our stay very enjoyable!

We spent a week in this condo with our two toddlers. We loved the condo & the community it is located within is beautiful and quiet. The beds & couches are really comfortable. Big fluffy towels are provided and the place was very clean! We enjoyed the pool being such a short/easy walk from the condo. We wished the beach was a closer walk as we had lots to carry/tote along with kids and it was about a 10-15 min commute on foot. The wagon, chairs, umbrellas and all the extra toys and beach accessories provided at the condo were wonderful!! The owners had quick communication when we had a question during our stay. Overall great place to stay!

This place was absolutely perfect for our family spring break. It’s exactly like the pictures and Matt and his team were fantastic and easy to work with. I’ve rented a lot of airbnbs and even the nice ones have never been as well appointed or had such great kitchen utensils and resources. I am beyond pleasantly surprised. I would 100% rent from Matt again and I would stay at this property again as well.

hello. matt was very very proactive helpful leading up to the stay with clear instructions, it is a complex so after locating it was very easy to find, i just pinned this on maps, bit book inside with things to do and places to go, parking there is plenty, i guess in the summer months it could get busier but that's it, the place itself is lovely, 2 lower rooms are big and plenty of room for clothes and the singles upstairs, kitchen is a good size, 2 people can be in there the same time, everything was clean and tidy and a lovely washer and dryer with "timer" start was fantastic! big kitchen table and living area for evenings and TV, we were there to play golf, 6mins from Atlantic dunes and 14 from harbor town, 15 from RTJ and Arthur hills, so it located very well, rileys bar and bank is very close to walk to, i would 100% book again for next year and will do in Jan when i return for another comp!, thanks matt!

Loved this place. Great location, steps to beach, short walk to shopping and restaurants. Condo was perfect with well stocked kitchen, cute balcony overlooking ocean., comfy bed. Mikael was a super host, very responsive, provided clear instructions, and local tips. We had a wonderful time. Would highly recommend.

The location was perfect! The place itself was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and we loved the quick walk to the beach. We will dedicate be back!

Booked a last minute trip to Hilton Head with family and could not have been happier we booked here. The unit itself is really nice and is very close to the beach/restaurants/shops at Coligny Park. It was super easy to check-in and communication was great. Will definitely look to rent from here on future trips!
