Beachfront vacation rentals in Chatham County

Our family had an amazing stay at Michael’s home on Tybee Island. It’s in a great location with an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. There were beach toys, chairs and games for our use. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials and nice cookware. We enjoyed the outdoor space for hanging out and the fenced backyard for our dog to play. This house is a gem! We will definitely stay here again.

Everything was clean and well-kept. Beds and bedding were extremely comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. The welcome note and starter coffee & tea were an added bonus! Everything was maintained and we were very comfortable. The only complaint is the fenced-in outdoor area is not accessible from inside the house, therefore we had to leash our dogs before taking them out to go potty each time. Minor inconvenience, especially in the middle of the night, and I just think it should have been noted in property description. Having said that, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay in this property again. Lovely place!

Our family had the most amazing vacation in this beautiful home! The hosts were easy to communicate with and answered all questions quickly. The home itself is absolutely perfect! The layout is big enough for a large family, the beds were comfortable, and the pool/spa were the perfect temperature for spring break! They also went above and beyond to help us feel right at home. We had plenty of towels, blankets, bowls, cups, etc. and we never felt like we were without something we needed. They also helped make an unfamiliar home more easily accessible by providing labels throughout the house for different light switches, cupboards, accessories, etc. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the hosts truly helped make our family vacation extra special and packed full of wonderful memories. We would gladly stay at any home hosted by LowCountry Beach Homes! Thank you!

We loved our stay at Stephanie’s place. We would definitely stay there again! The location was fantastic! It was easy to get to the beach and to go shopping and go out to eat! I loved that there was an elevator and multiple pools! The kitchen and living room were spacious and welcoming! We enjoyed sitting in the balcony drinking coffee!! It was a great place!

Great house and great location. Perfect house for families to spread out and enjoy their trip. Convenient to beach just one road over to public access. We rented the golf cart and it was a perfect addition. The pool was great!

We had a wonderful time in Jim's beautiful place. Everything - the furniture and beds, the kitchen and bathrooms, were comfortable and worked well. The big picture window really was wonderful and especially so when we had some colder weather and rain; we could happily sit in the living room and the unobstructed ocean view was right in front of us. Of course, the view was from the deck as well. Communication with Jim and his associates Greg and Nicole, was excellent throughout, including when we were on-site. Nicole answered every question quickly by text and in a most friendly way. The location with the walkability to Cologny Square was perfect for us. We enjoyed all the restaurants and shops there and in the area. We enjoyed people watching at the park area at the entrance to Cologny Beach. For us, this was a relaxing-by-the-ocean vacation. Hilton Head certainly offers a lot more to do, but we enjoyed just 'being there' and Jim's place made that especially nice.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was exactly like it was listed. Everything was pristine. Scott and his wife made sure we had everything we needed and extras. It was quite and peaceful and with in walking distance of lots of places. The places we did drive were with in 5 to 10 mins. I would highly recommend this condo to a couple or family. My Husband and I loved this gem of a place. The location is perfect. Beautiful views of the ocean from the 3rd floor. The condo was very clean. The bed and linens were comfortable. Craig was kind and responsive. This place surpassed our expectations and we truly had a wonderful vacation!

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The proximity to the beach alone made the stay worth it. We got up early every morning to enjoy the sunrise over the ocean. We saw dolphins from the beach every single day. We were within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Heather and Mark put a lot of effort into remodeling and decorating their unit and the first floor location was very convenient. They were very responsive hosts and we can’t say enough nice things about this stay. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a great stay at Stephen’s place! We loved the peaceful walk to Coligny shopping and the short walk to the very calm beach. The outdoor living areas were wonderful and the natural lighting of the home gave us the true vacation home feel we were looking for. Thank you!!

We had a great time celebrating a bachelorette weekend. Everyone felt comfortable throughout their stay and felt relaxed and restored by the time we left! We were able to find everything we needed! Definitely will come back if I have a party this big in the future

Great little spot. Just a few blocks from the main strip of bars and restaurants. Small and humble, but efficient use of the space, so if you’re ok with the non-fancy, it’s the perfect spot. Great value. Will stay here again for sure if we come back to Tybee for another golf trip.

It’s a great spot! It was easy getting in and out of the property. Everything was clean, everything looked like the pictures. The location of the property is probably the best characteristic. Easy and quick access to the beach, local stores and restaurants. I would definitely recommend

This was a wonderful location for us and our extended family ranging from 2 yrs old to 75. The beach is a very close and easy walk for all (there was a beach wagon and chairs in the garage—we had brought our own also). The pool is right outside the front door and also extremely convenient. The house is as described and more. The amenities are wonderful with an extremely well stocked kitchen that is also labeled and organized. More silverware and plates than you could ever need, serving dishes, pots and everything you could ask for. It was clean and well kept, we have already booked for next year!

Andrew was a great host. His condo was very clean, had a great view of the ocean, and convenient to everything. I am just going to note for future guests that the bathroom has a sliding barn door that really doesn't provide much privacy. My husband and I, however, would stay here again.

This was one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at. It was absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect. Super easy walk to the beach, pier and local restaurants. Tracy was beyond wonderful! Greeted us upon arrival and explained everything. Gave perfect activity & restaurant recommendations. We felt right at home in her place. Beds were comfy, showers were great pressure & a/c worked great. I loved we had the whole place to ourselves & it was very quiet even though we were close to the street. Great coffee flavor selections. Tracy was very friendly, helpful, quick to respond & accommodating! We counted and it really is 47 steps to the beach 😎
