Charming restored Haveli. Peaceful despite being close to the bustling markets of the old town Deepali is shown as the host but I did not see her. I think she is the owner of the corporation that owns the Haveli. It is run by young guys who unfortunately for Mr do not speak English but who nevertheless did all they could to help. The electrical installations leave much to be desired, with live sockets and switches immediately next to sink in the bathroom. Some sockets don't work. It could be time for new sheets. But these are niggles that didn't bother me. I would go there again

The Bhuj House ist ein wunderbarer Ort für einen auch etwas längeren Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer sind so geschmackvoll mit alten Möbeln und wunderschönen Textilien ausgestattet. Dusche war gut. Und dann erst das Essen im grünen Innenhof: Wir haben sooo fein gegessen. Es war eine perfekte Zusammenstellung von leckeren Zutaten und immer top frisch zubereitet. Wir finden das braucht eine spezielle Erwähnung! Und auch sonst die ganze Organisation von Mukesh war grossartig! Wir hatten sehr spannende Gespräche und seine Empfehlungen sind nicht zu topen. Er pflegt eine ruhige und tolle Athmosphäre mit dem ganzen Team. Ganz herzlichen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! Von uns gibt es 5 ++++

From the small thoughtful details in my room, the exquisite local textiles and gorgeous furnishings, the delicious breakfasts and the treat cupboard of biscuits and South Indian coffee, it felt like the perfect homestay. I can only recommend. Staff were helpful and always charming.

Great host family! Great heritage property in old neighbourhood with narrow lanes. It's perfect for those of us who were looking with nostalgia to stay in old Ahmedabad "pole" area with all the street food destinations within walking distance. Very homely, vert helpful and the entire family does hosting from their heart. Memorable stay, best wishes to the entire family!

Came to Ahmedabad to explore the city but ended up spending most of the time in the compound. Felt very homely, especially the sit-out area. The helper bhaiyya was very kind and provided us with whatever we needed during the stay. All in all an amazing place and will definitely visit again. We highly recommend this place.

Beautiful and charming Haveli, located in centre of Ahmedabad, everything was much better than I expected. The staff was the highlight, they were very thoughtful and caring, cooked very sumptious and tasty meals. All in all it was a delight

Vom Check-In über die Kommunikation hin zum Frühstück auf der sagenhaften und ruhigen Terrasse war alles sein Geld wert. Das Gastgeberpaar hat eine persönliche Mission: der Gast soll sich rundum wohl fühlen! Die Lage ist sensationell und einfach nicht zu übertreffen. Ich danke euch beiden, dass ihr uns so herzlich, wo wohlwollend, so gastfreundlich aufgenommen habt.

Has to be one of the best Airbnb’s in the city, it’s not even an exaggeration. There are a very, very few options for a good Airbnb in Ahmedabad and every place comes with its own complains, but this one has to top the list. A beautiful home with lush gardens in a lovely neighbourhood with some of best places to eat just right outside the gates. And connected to every important parts and areas of the city which does not require you to spend more than 10 mins in a car. Absolutely recommended, 10/10 experience. We wholeheartedly loved it.
