Excellent hospitality by Mr Savdas and location of the place is also awesome. I saw some reviews mentioning about bad roads while reaching the homestay , to be honest I have seen worst state highways compared to that road and when when you travel to internal places as these homestay you can expect patch of bad roads. Finally the kathiyawadi foodwas so delicious. Highly recommended place for staying.

This farmstay is worth going to for the river view alone. So peaceful and beautiful. The superb homemade food and the very friendly host are a nice extra. It was a pity our Hindi and Gujarati is almost non-existent, because we could have had some great conversations about farming. No real language problem though: Savas knows English very well and is only a phone call away. Thanks a lot for hosting us!!

I had an amazing time at Mr. Jagdip’s stay. Him and his family were warm and welcoming. They don’t let the guests feel like guests however, they make them feel like family. I was there for the concert and had to checkout early in the morning. With no complaints the family was there to help and guide. Very humbling experience and grateful to have gotten an opportunity to stay at their place.

Kuldips place is a little paradise, we had the most delicious Gujarat food one can dream of and two adventures trips into the Rann of Kutch and the surroundings of Bhuj. If you want experiences the real home stay that is the place to stay and don’t miss out on a trip to the road to heaven with Kuldip as a guide.

Shaum Casa Amba Airbnb Ahbd This place is like a hidden gem away from the hustle bustle of the city and crowds. It's all about good vibes and being your own self here. There is a well maintained garden just 2 minutes walking distance for your walks /jogs/strolls. The dog babies are the sweetest and so playful(no need to worry even if u aren't a pet friendly person, they have their own chill life anyways). The help working there are very friendly and cordial. The place is so beautifully designed and crafted with love and you will notice it in the details. Always sanitized, cleaned and arranged with fresh soft sanitized towels and napkins. Every little thing from toileteries to food to hygiene to comfort is been taken care of. Shaum has been very warm and friendly. It felt like home with him even during the little span of 2 days that we had been at his gem of a place. Definitely going to come back often and get my friends and family next time around. p.s. : if you are a sucker for sunsets and sunrises like me, you have landed at the right place :)

Ah, what can I say about Casa Amba. It's a place where memories were created! The staff of Casa Amba and especially the host Mr.Shaum deserves major credit! It started with the lockdown, I met a few people over a zoom comedy show and we all became close friends. Over 8 months we had planned to meet each other in person as soon as it was safe to do so. So when one of them was able to travel to India from Dubai, we started planning our get-together. It had a lot of expectations involved so everything had to be perfect! I came across 'Casa Amba' on Airbnb and instantly liked the place. We booked it right away and had a conversation with Shaum, who I must tell you is a gem of a person and a true gentleman. He made sure that everything was properly sanitized and all the linens were washed and cleaned properly, after all, one can't be too careful in these times. He was kind enough to provide us with early check-in and a late check-out without charging us anything. We checked in and were instantly welcomed by the cutest German Shepherds I'd met in a long time! My friend who was with me is petrified of dogs. But those furballs were so well behaved and calm, even she fell in love with them! We entered the premises and one of the loveliest staff members Gitaben was there to welcome us. She showed us around the place and told us that if we need anything at all we can contact her. She is one of the sweetest human beings and her hospitality was the highlight of our stay. From delightful coffee and chai early morning waiting for us at the dining table to mouth-watering egg bhurji and parathas for breakfast. Trust me, you can book the place just for her food and it would be worth it! She made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. She even prepared snacks for our party and readied dinner if we felt hungry late at night. We made a little more noise than we were supposed to but she never complained once. Gitaben is a sweetheart. Let me tell you about the place. 1) It's a house located in the outskirts of Ahmedabad, away from all the noise and pollution, and is calm and within nature which instantly puts you in a good mood. 2) The rooms and bathrooms are big and airy with natural sunlight pouring in. It's one of the most homely and comfortable places I have stayed, in a long time. 3) Did I mention they have the cutest dogs? I guess I did but they totally deserve a personal call-out! 4) The place has an amazing terrace garden with a calming view of the landscape. The sunsets and sunrises are magnificent! 5) Their main garden is also huge with a nice sit-out for those breezy evenings. The place is well-maintained and articulate. 6) The staff is very professional and helpful as one can be. 7) Over-all a very positive experience and an amazing place for weekend getaways! Special thanks to Mr. Shaum for being such an amazing host! From calling us every day to check in on us ( even though he was traveling with his family) and ask us if he can do anything to make our experience even better, to provide us, complimentary breakfast during our stay. Shaum is a great person with a very positive vibe. We owe a personal thanks to Shaum for playing an integral part in this get-together being so memorable! We're looking forward to staying at Casa Amba and meeting Shaum again! Thanks, bro for everything!
