The 2-room apartment is located in a 4-family house approx. 20 kilometers south of the city center (Marienplatz) Munich. It has 2 rooms (bedroom/living room) and a separate kitchen as well as a bathroom with shower, toilet and bathtub. A car is necessary as the nearest S-Bahn station is about 5 km (Deisenhofen) away. There is also a bus to the S-Bahn station 11 times a day. The surroundings are rural. It is also possible to rent the apartment for a longer period of time.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment.
