The accommodation is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7-8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg city center. Bus to Fredrikstad once per hour. The floor area on the 1st floor is approx. 115 m². Here, there are two large bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a laundry room, and a newly renovated bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms. Sleeping/dining area for 10 people. A high chair and a toddler bed for children are available. We ourselves live right next to the rental house, and we do not want loud parties there.

Very good sun conditions, evening sun and beautiful sunsets. Everything in the cabin can be used, including the boat with an electric outboard motor, kayak, and canoe. There is a grassy and child-friendly sandy beach. 10-12 meters out, there is good depth. Good fishing opportunities, with different local fish species The TV is connected with Apple TV

Bryggerhuset at Spjærøy, Hvaler

Cozy little holiday home on Spjærøy on Hvaler. The brewery house is part of an old small farm and the hosts live in the main house. Here, you can enjoy quiet and peaceful days in the garden, or go for a walk to the lake. Both Spjærekilen with good bathing opportunities and Kjellvika is within walking distance. Generally good hiking opportunities. Whether you want to enjoy the quiet days or want to explore Hvaler, this is a nice base. Shops about 5 km away. We have 7 happy hens that partly roam freely.

The house is located in the heart of Sarpsborg, Kurland/Centrum. 4 min walk to the city center and 4 min walk to the famous "bryggesti". Large and clean house with big balcony and sun all day long. Safe for children: Quiet area in the end of a quiet road. The entire garden is fenced in. Large area with grass, water hose, trampoline, vehicles, slide, basketball hoop, building blocks, etc. Beautiful view. Parking: two cars outside. Washing room in basement. Towels and sheets included!

A small and charming house by the sea

The house is located 40 meters from the sea and offers a stunning view of Vestfold. Here you can enjoy a hot tub, barbecuing with a gas grill, a covered seating area, and some amazing sunsets. It's about a 2-minute walk down to the beach, where you can swim, dive, and jump off the jetty, or enjoy a long, beautiful sandbar that the kids love. Inside, there are most of the amenities, and the view of the fjord is just as good from the sofa. The house is located near the end of a dead-end road.

The cabin is conveniently located just a one-hour drive from both Oslo and Gardermoen. Its elevated position allows you to enjoy the magnificent view of Hemnessjøen, a popular lake for fishing all year round. During the summer, you can even borrow a boat to explore the lake. Nice apartment. 3 minutes from train station with connection to Oslo and Gothenburg. Short way to the city center, 3 cafes in the immediate vicinity, grocery store on Kråkerøy or city center. Quiet and nice area. Low traffic. Public parking in the street in marked places, for a fee 8 am to 6 pm on weekdays, until 3 pm Saturday and free on public holidays.
