Very nice house with cozy garden and patio with barbecue. Trampoline which the kids loved It was easy and very nice to corredpond with the host and we felt very welcome. One of the bedrooms is best suited for children (cots only).

The house was very clean, calm and quiet, just as described. The landlord, Stian is kind and very communicative and responded quickly. I stayed here for 1 week during my IT support project in Fredrikstad and found this to be the most perfect choice - just a few minutes from the city center and close to the project site. Check in and check out went smoothly and the payment was reasonable. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend this place to anyone.

We would like to express our thanks for borrowing the beautiful house with the wonderful garden. Our stay was nothing short of amazing and we enjoyed every moment in the home. There was everything we needed and more - plenty of space, all the amenities, and a cozy outdoor living room that was perfect for all our meals. We were 7 adults plus a dog and we all felt at home right away. It was nice to visit the hens in the garden, and have fresh eggs every morning. 😊 Towels, sheets, everything was perfect. The location between Sarpsborg and Fredrikstad was perfect for us, and we enjoyed having Østfolhallene and Glommastien nearby for shopping. Stian's prompt and friendly communication made our stay even better and we are so grateful for the hospitality shown to us. We were 6 people and had such a nice stay at Karianne's place in her homely environment. We felt so welcome and quickly we felt at home. Highly recommended!

There were 6 of us in Sandra's wonderful house. Check-in was hassle-free. The house looked as described and it had everything you needed. The view from the terrace was incredible and we really enjoyed the time. Sandra was always available quickly and responded promptly to any questions. Pure vacation!

A very special accommodation! We went two adults with three young people and had a wonderful stay with swimming, tennis, cuddling kittens and evenings in the jacuzzi. A unique place with lots of possibilities. Would definitely recommend a trip here!

We had a great week at Knut Richards family estate. It was surrounded by beatuiful nature, a lake view and peaceful pool. We spent most of our time in the large Bryggerhus, it even features a fully functioning kitchen which is in addition to the one in the main building. Would recommend!

A really nice holiday cottage located in cozy surroundings close to the beach. It's a very quiet and quiet area. The space seemed bigger than in the photos, which was a positive surprise. Very neat, clean, and well-maintained with the necessary things. Definitely recommendable.

I arrived on very short notice, almost midnight. The host was so kind to lens me a sleeping beg for the duration of the stay. This was above and beyond for me.
