Especially pike fishing in the spring. A dinghy with an outboard motor is included in the price. A golf course is just a short boat ride away. The house is located in the heart of Sarpsborg, Kurland/Centrum. 4 min walk to the city center and 4 min walk to the famous "bryggesti". Large and clean house with big balcony and sun all day long. Safe for children: Quiet area in the end of a quiet road. The entire garden is fenced in. Large area with grass, water hose, trampoline, vehicles, slide, basketball hoop, building blocks, etc. Beautiful view. Parking: two cars outside. Washing room in basement. Towels and sheets included!
