On the ground floor there is a bathroom, kitchen with kitchen table, living room with dining table, sofa and TV and porch. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed and 2 single beds, and a slightly smaller bedroom with a double bed. 2 floor mattresses are also available. A total of 8 sleeping places are within walking distance to the beach and a short distance by car to both Sarpsborg and Fredrikstad. Parking space with space for 3 cars. Possibility of charging an electric car.

Cozy summer cottage with a stunning view to Skjebergkilen, Sweden and Hvaler. About an hour's drive from Oslo and short distance to the Østfold cities. The cottage has three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with a family bunk for three. Open living/kitchen area. No dishwasher but a fantastic view while doing the job. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Nice outdoor areas with dining groups, sofa group and gas grill. The cabin is located about 200 meters from parking and a path takes you to swimming opportunities in 5-7 minutes.

The view from the cabin is beyond Glomma, and is just to enjoy with a coffee cup in the morning, or in the moonlight in the evening. There is a road all the way to the cabin with parking for 2-3 cars. The cabin does not have running water, but a faucet on the cabin wall. There is electricity, and opportunities for firing wood. No power outlets for electric cars. There is an incineration toilet and urinal. About 15 minutes to various shops

Great cabin near the sea. Very child friendly plot.

Nice cabin on big, warm and kid friendly plot with sun all day. The cabin is substantially renovated in the later years, with a new kitchen, newer bathroom and bright cozy bedrooms. There are three bedrooms in the main cabin, and an annex sleeps four as well as a private toilet. The cabin has a large veranda with several seating areas. It is of course lovely to be here during the summer, but the cabin is well insulated, with wood burning in addition to a new heat pump. So it's a perfect option for autumn and winter as well.

Cozy cabin with lots of seating in the sun :)

Cabin completed in 2012 is rented. Large open plot with sun all day. It takes 10 minutes walk to the beach. 10 minutes to grocery store and pharmacy. 15 minutes to drive to Halden with Fredriksten fortress. 20 minutes to Nordby Shoppingsenter, 25 minutes to Strømstad. Fredrikstad 35 minutes to Fredrikstad and Old Town. 20 minutes to Superland and Inspiria Normally the cabin is used by a family of five and our cat. We are happy to rent to families with children.

Great cabin 100 meters from the sea.

Fantastic cabin from 2014, located 100 meters from the sea. The cabin is light and pleasant and is located on Karlsøya. Only 20 minutes to Sarpsborg city centre, 20 minutes to the Old Town of Fredrikstad and 25 minutes to Strømstad. The cabin has an electric car charger for an addition to the price. A stone's throw from the cabin is the beach, jetty and great hiking opportunities. The cabin has a consistently good standard.

The cabin is located right on the water's edge with good opportunities for swimming and fishing. Lots of nice hiking opportunities in the nearby areas. Rural but central with short distance to Sarpsborg, Fredrikstad, Halden and Sweden.

Cottage by the lake

The cabin is peacefully located by the sea with a beach, and a swab . There are also great hiking trails along the sea. Halden city is 25 min away, short distance to Sweden , and climbing park just nearby , and shop about 1 mile away. Svinesunsparken can also be played padel, but will have to book an appointment. Not rented out for young people or party. Peace on site

The cabin is located in quiet surroundings inside the forest (we were lucky enough to see both deer and squirrels) and with a short distance to the rocks and the beach. That room nice 2 families (a total of 8 people) and we think the cabin contained what we needed to cook for everyone. Rolf was a nice host who guided us by phone to find out the first day and it was extra nice that there were nice roses on the table and that the fridge contained refreshments when we arrived.

The cottage is set within a grassy expanse complemented by surrounding trees. An outdoor deck area features a lounge and dining set, while a jacuzzi is positioned nearby, inviting relaxation. Sunlight filters through the trees, enhancing the serene atmosphere.

The coziest cabin overlooking the lake and surrounded by nature. We enjoyed the silence, the sound of the sparkling fireplace, and the outdoor heated jacuzzi. We had our 1.5 year old daughter, and she was also happy with the good cabin and surroundings. Highly recommend!

Summerhouse with jacuzzi - 100 m from quiet beach!

Silje's cottage was an immediate feel-good place!We were allowed to spend a few beautiful & quiet days on Little Yellow, with Silje always answered directly & answered our questions with advice & action. Particularly missing will be like the veranda with the large garden (including hot tub)! Also the available board games made us sweeter every night:) Not far away we had everything we needed: from supermarket, to restaurants, to a great beach. The proximity to the next larger city of Fredrikstad also had its advantages! There we came across friendly people and delicious food & admired the diverse sculptures. In any weather you could do something & a rainy evening was in order, the day in Silje's cottage ended really well with a cozy fireplace & a movie night. Definitive recommendation !!

Close to the swimming area and wonderful sunsets can be enjoyed on the balcony. Perfect for larger families or groups. The property is secluded but close by car distance to shopping center in Sweden.

We had a very relaxed week in Graciela's cabin. There is everything you need, it is quiet, there is electricity and water at the house and a nice terrace. Hvitsand and Øketangen are beautiful beaches nearby, great hiking can be enjoyed e.g. in Askedalstangen. Communication with Graciela was nice and quick. Thank you!

We had a great time at Hege's cabin! Lovely surroundings, just a few meters from the water. Hege always responded quickly and was very nice:) Happy to come back!

We had some nice days at Kjetil's place. Nice nature and good opportunities for walking and biking, swimming, fishing, among other things. The cabin was equipped with what the listing said was clean and cozy! Surely very nice to use during hot summer days.

I loved my stay at Astrid’s place. To start off the setting with a stunning view on the fjord, makes you just forget the world around and relax on one of the terraces or at the window in the evening. The cabin has all you need to be comfortable, it is private and calm, and all you hear are the different birds. I was traveling with my dog and he enjoyed the garden and walks in the area. Getting there was easy thanks to very clear instructions. Communication was very friendly. I highly recommend staying here and I really hope I can come back in the future.

Unique cottage on its own islet in idyllic Svalerødkilen

What a gem this place is! The cottage is in a fantastic place in a very nice bay! Around the cottage is plenty to do: fishing, crab fishing, mussel picking, paddling, swimming, etc. You can also walk very well in the area and the view of the bay is always different. The cottage itself is very pleasant. The host was quick to respond to questions and friendly. This house is highly recommended!

Me and Isabelle had a wonderful stay at Per-Hennings and Chinese cabin! It was easy to find and check in was smooth. The listing description was exactly like we experienced it. A well cleaned, renovated cottage with all the amenities needed for the perfect vacation! Beautifully located at Sponvika nestled in lush forest by the sea! A lovely cabin in a nice quiet place! Beautiful surroundings. Enjoy on the veranda. Anything you need is present in the cabin. Quick, pleasant communication with the Host. We were with 4 adults, the 50 liters of shower water was fine sufficient!

Nice and modern cottage in a beautiful location. Lovely sea bathing near the cabin and hiking trails right next to it. Plenty of amenities and most things one might need for a great stay! We were two families with children, a total of 8 people and it worked great with this cabin and and we had time with both swimming, hiking and nice excursions to Fredriksten Fortress and Fredriksstad during our three-night stay. Can highly recommend this cottage and host.
