Beautiful and peaceful location. We enjoyed sitting outside and watching the river flow by. Kids enjoyed the fire ring at night and sitting on the dock. Rooms super clean and comfortable. Some minor issues with the plumbing, but Barry was very responsive.

We have stayed at Terry and Katherine’s place before and as always WE ENJOYED!!! The beach front is awesome. The deck is PERFECT for watching boats, people, but for us, it was the sunrises!! The house isn’t cluttered and there’s lots of room in the living area! They allow my fur baby too which was amazing! The master bedroom was large and bed was comfy!! The kitchen had all we needed and overall we enjoyed their place! Definitely recommend to stay here! You just can’t beat the view!

My family of four needed a nice peaceful get away for the weekend and that is exactly what we got. The location was perfect and the host was always available for any questions or local help. We enjoyed the local surroundings and activities. The house was clean and pet friendly, we could not have asked for a better place to stay. We will definitely we back.

You WILL get crab and fish if that is your goal. For crab you can leave traps on the far pier. But you really don't need them. Just use "active" crabbing methods on either the far or near pier (near pier active methods are best). Get your bait at the Bucee's on the far side of the mainland bridge for half price rather than at the island stores. This spot is very clean and has everything you need. Host never took more than 2 minutes to respond to any question. You really can't beat having access to both a fishing pier on the bay side and also a deck to get to the beach front. Very good spot for fisherman AND people that enjoy the water. I could live at this location if work allowed. We didn't want to leave. I was concerned about mosquitos being so close to the bay but there were actually none (we went in October not sure if that was a factor). (There are not many souvenir shops in Surfside but Bucees has keychains, Christmas ornaments, etc). Also Jetty Shack is solid place to eat.

Tk was a wonderful & responsive host! Our originally booked place was in poor condition. Tk took our reservation for the next day, letting us check-in early. The house was perfect for our group. There's plenty of room for a large family. The dining tables are ideal for board & card games. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, varied pots & pans, & was easy-to-use. Everyone said their beds were comfortable. Tk let us know the city water wasn't usable for cooking and drinking (maybe because of the recent hurricane?). I would say, it's not great for bathing either. We ended up using gallon bottles for hair & hands. This house had quick easy access to the beach. The beach had other visitors but was never crowded. Everyone was responsible & respectful (no crazy music or drunken behavior). It was a very family friendly area. Overall we had a great time and really enjoyed the slower pace in Surfside!

We had an amazing stay at fisherman's paradise! It is convenient to Surfside Beach. We rented a golf cart from The Sandlot at Surfside Beach. It was easy to use the golf cart to go to the beach and also for our morning coffee at Culture Coffee TX. service is amazing at both of these local businesses. The house is clean and free of clutter. It's fun to crab off the back deck. the outdoor space is nice.

We had a wonderful time here for Easter weekend! The house was exactly as described. Very clean and looked to be recently updated. Plenty of space for our family of four with a close walk to the beach. Danielle was flexible with our dates (thank you!) and always let us know she was available if we needed anything. We would love to stay here again this summer!

This was our first time to Surfside Beach. Andrew's place is the perfect spot. Walkable to the beach without being too close to the crowds. The house itself was exactly as described and matched the photos. The front porch was just lovely and my kids loved the mermaid decor. We will visit again. :)

Second Summer to stay at Wave on Wave! The pool and fishing dock are just what we are always excited about! Fishing was exceptionally well this year. Fast and friendly communication was given when needed. We cannot wait to return!

We very much enjoyed the stay. The house had plenty of room, the beach was outstanding, and we were all able to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The outdoor shower made it so easy to rinse off after walking on the beach! We loved cooking on the deck, listening to the surf all day, and just relaxing. Our family had a fantastic stay at this house. The host Matthew was immediately responsive on some basic questions I had before we arrived. For anyone with kids, you can’t beat the great pool setup combined with a ~2 minute walk to a nice strip of Surfside Beach.

This is a hidden gem! You won’t be disappointed! Easy to find and check in for the perfect relaxing getaway with all you need and great accommodations. The pool and outdoor areas are excellent and enjoyable by all ages and groups! The host was super friendly, helpful and responsive. Hope to be back very soon! Thank you!

My stay at Raymond's house was great. The house was very safe for my 2-year-old son. We all had fun. There were many activities we could do as a family. I would definitely rent this beautiful house again.

We took a family trip and we absolutely loved it! Brandi has offered us early check in as well as an extended checkout which was awesome. We will definitely book with Brandi again!

Was a great weekend great location the only issue was the air filter had not been changed in quite some time and brought on my allergies. I was miserable hopefully that has been taken care of. Other than that we would absolutely be back again!!

Place was perfect for us. just the water pressure in the shower was not strong both outside and main shower room. We loved that it had a washer n dryer. Again Place was a few minutes walk to the beach. Communication with host was perfect too. We'll definitely book again.

Needed a quick getaway while I struggle through a very difficult grief journey. Brad and Maria’s home was the perfect place. Very nice home with a beautiful view and the hosts were very attentive to me. My dogs and I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful view! Clean home with plenty of beds. The bunk beds have a trundle bed below so it's technically 3 beds in both bunk rooms. Kitchen was stocked with necessities. Plenty of seating. Ideal for multiple families staying together. There isn't direct beach access but it's a quick 2 minute drive. You can slightly feel the house sway in the winds and is on well water.
