Fully stocked kitchen, bath towels, bed linens, beach toys, chairs and a BBQ pit and fire pit. Please bring your own firewood, charcoal, and lighter fluid if you plan to use the grill or fire pit. PETS- MUST PAY PET FEE No more than 2 dogs allowed and only trained, non aggressive pet breeds allowed. Please see ‘additional rules’ section regarding pets.

And it is far enough from Blue Water Highway and the car traffic on the beach that we can all really breathe and relax. This was our first time to Surfside Beach. Andrew's place is the perfect spot. Walkable to the beach without being too close to the crowds. The house itself was exactly as described and matched the photos. The front porch was just lovely and my kids loved the mermaid decor. We will visit again. :)

We had a birthday gathering for Grandmother and everything about this place was the perfect location to celebrate. From the nearby walkable Seahorse and On The Deck Restaurants, to the balcony overlooking the ocean having key lime pie, to the pink flamingo decor reminding us of Miami, Florida we had a great time. The beach was only moments away from the by foot as well. The host was a delight. Very responsive and always there if we needed anything at all. The home was cleaned pristinely. We were happy to make this place our home away from home for a bit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at John's place. It was centrally located making walking to the beach and playground so convenient. There was also a golf cart which was appreciated for those runs to the convenient store or over to Jetty's Shack for amazing hamburgers!! (highly recommend). We were a family of four adults, two parents and two grandparents with a a 3.5 year old and an 8 month old and there was plenty of room. We loved sitting on the porch watching the white cap waves roll in and seeing the sunrise. Bonus for us was we were there just before St. Patrick's day and a parade rolled right in front of the house, which was awesome for our 3.5 year old! Our host, John was very friendly and responsive to any questions we had . We will definitely look to stay here again when we are in the area.

I visited Allycia’s place solo with my pups for a quiet New Year’s reset and it was exactly what I was hoping for! The bed was so comfortable and cozy, the kitchen was well-stocked for cooking a big meal, and me and my girls 🐾 loved walking right to the beach everyday. It was clean, calm, and decorated tastefully so you felt right at home. Allycia was quick to respond and gave great recs if I needed anything! 10/10! Thank you!
